Credit Card Scam

I don’t take time to review things like this but this is a scam. I wrote in detail why I needed the prescription and they prescribed me something completely ineffective, therefore ignoring anything I typed in the box and ignoring my health concerns.... Obviously that’s extremely dangerous in the medical field. You also cannot get ahold of customer service and cannot leave reviews and cannot remove your credit card. I had to contact them using 4 different methods and still no response. What a poor excuse for a company. Do not use them, just go to the doctors and save yourself a lot of trouble with these scammers.

Simple Health is an amazing service!
They are communicative, respond quickly to any questions or concerns, provide excellent care, and even provide tons of educational articles on their site.

Efficient & Professional Customer Service

I contacted SH to learn more about my options without insurance. They got back to me right away and were so helpful in providing everything I needed to know, with no pressure at all. I'm super picky with where I buy my birth control from, and SH has earned my trust.

100% recommend!!

I honestly LOVED my experience with Simple Health. I wanted to switch my brand of pill since I was having issues with my old one, and their team answered all the questions I had with expertise. They were super transparent with me on side effects, pricing, shipping, etc! I love that I don’t have to remember to go and pick up my new packs and they just come straight to me - especially during covid. Would 100% recommend.

Super bad experience

Not good experience! I ordered a birth control ring, and they send me the ring and 2 other items without my confirmation. My insurance cover all the items does not mean I want all the items! Contact the phone number they messaged me, emailed them, asking them not to send the product this week because I’m not home, no response for days , and they still send the product a week before I can get home, and now I’m very worried that the package will get lost. There’s no phone number can call through, only a computer voice answer your call then hang off after several seconds !

My experience with simple health was…

My experience with simple health was over all very positive. they had a few follow up questions for me because of some health issues i have, but eventually they figured out a birth control for me. once we finally got that figured out it’s been great.

Free, and then all the sudden charged

Loved them at first as they were simple for my first year. It came time to renew, and all the sudden now my insurance doesn't cover the same birth control, it's $45 every quarter. They cancelled an order of mine that they already charged me for and haven't refunded me, but we're quick to charge me again when we got the order straightened out. The only reason I use them is because I have yet to shop around to different companies, and I live in the middle of nowhere. The convenience is what I need as I can't go to a pharmacy every month to pick my script up. I am most definitely going to be looking into a new company. Even if the other company charges more. Their lack of customer service and trying to change my script on me at the time of renewal is ridiculous.

waste of time and money

My mother started with this company and loved it. I have the same prescription and the same insurance so I figured I would give it a try. I get my birth control for free from any pharmacy around me. Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens etc. However they took my money for the consultation and then tried to charge me $40. Thinking it was a mistake I contacted them and they said it was correct(it isnt) so I went to Nurx and they are able to send it to me for free. Absolute waste of time and money

I honestly wish they shipped faster…

I honestly wish they shipped faster because if you're on your last pack, they’re going to ship pretty late! Order one week or two weeks ahead if you’re worried about being late on your pills. Other than that no problems.

Where do I start ? These guys helped me in a great time of need.

“No YOU'RE awesome! We're very happy to help :) Great news! The doctor reviewed your prescription request and prescribed you Lutera. You may receive an equivalent generic. Instructions and dosage info will be included in your shipping confirmation email and in your package. The doctor has this message for you:

"Ok, great. I have prescribed you Lutera. You can start taking birth control right away as long as you are certain you are not pregnant. Here are some additional resources on birth control you can also check out: (link was provided)

I have sent an extra pack of pills for every 90 days, so you can skip the placebo pills at the end of each pack and go right into the active pills on the next pack to skip your period.

-Dr. Sara Medunick"

Your out-of-pocket cost will be $180 ($20 each for 8 packs + $20 Complete Care annual fee). We know it's higher than the $140 you were seeing, which is accounted for by the additional packs that will be sent so that you can skip your period. Need I say MORE? Good Rx was horrible and they did not help me. The doctor on simple health is very professional in addition to the customer service. I have no health insurance and I needed my prescription. Good Rx is a huge fail. WOW is all I can say about simple health and leaving this 5 star review. These people have earned it. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Trust. I will definitely be using their service again. They have made my DAY.

They charged my card without my consent after stating that they wouldn’t charge anything without consent! LIES!
Tried reaching them a couple of times but no response . Not only that ,their only contact method is by texting.
They keep your card on file without the option of deleting it. Big scammers that lost my business!!!
