Bait and switch! They get your $ info and Jack up the charge
I placed my order and gave my credit card information when I was told the total for a 6mo supply was $140 for a generic. Then I get a message that the doctor prescribed the name brand and the charge will now be $260. I simply don't have that amount of money in my account and have reached out to have the order cancelled. If it isn't cancelled, congrats simplehealth-- I won't have money to eat! I have had no real response from the customer service team yet (only auto generated) and I am basically having a massive panic attack. This is not ethical business practice-- it is a bait and switch and it takes advantage of a woman who came to your service for relief.

Sent me someone else’s prescription
Sent me someone else’s prescription! I was planning to skip my period and start my new pack during my honeymoon and when I went to open my package the night before leaving out of the country, I noticed I was sent the completely wrong medication and it was for someone else in a different state. After contacting CS they couldn’t tell me what happened to my medication including all my information that’s sent along with it. Received an emergency refill sent to a local CVS upon my return for 3 months. When time came for a refill I was notified that they suddenly stopped accepting my insurance (Aetna) and I was told that is common for insurance to give a grace period and cover then all of a sudden stop covering with no warning and they expected me to pay $45 for the next 3 months. Never Again!
Scam!! Beware!! SimpleHealth Birth Control is SCAM
This company is a scam!!! Both SimpleContacts and SimpleHealth Birth Control have the same management. Go read the reviews on SimpleContacts, the same exact thing those reviewers said happened to me too. The way they scam you is they send you the first order, but they cut off your refills. They charge your card advertising a whole year of supply but they will not send any of your refills. They don't have a phone number they only text. They never reply to emails. They reply to texts every 3 or 4 days, so you are always waiting and when they text you they just give you generic templates and fake excuses as to why they can't send you the subscription you paid for. You also cannot delete your credit card information on their site. They have your information forever. Their office phone is 855-513-5021 but they HANG UP ON YOU when you call after giving fake excuses as to why they are not sending your refills. Someone please report this scam company to the police or something. Do not order from them and do not give your credit card information to SimpleHealth or SimpleContacts.
