Ordered a few items, these arrived a little late but not too bad. However we decided to return one of the items as we didn't need it. The item has been delivered as it was send by special delivery. NO refund has been received and NO answers to my emails.

Found the door handles we wanted, and could of bought them elsewhere but like the company simply door handles, how wrong was I, no emails no nothing, VERY SLOW in processing & delivering, if you don’t have items in stock, TELL PEOPLE, phoning no answer, emails the same, take my £160.00 then nothing, we have had to cancel our joiner who we have waited for months, we are now left with no doors, thanks again for your 0/10 service!!!!!

This company is fantastic and the service is second to none. I bought some door handles last year and wanted to buy some more but couldn't remember what make they were so e mailed with a picture. Simon came back to me very quickly and I was able to order. This week ordered some more and the advice and service has been great. Thank you very much for all your help !

Intially ok, order arrived (took a little while). I made a mistake in order (items didn't match) and Intially company responded and said I could exchange. Then Repeated emails /calls to ask how to do this, even spoke to someone, no response. Very poor customer service, won't use again.

I was particularly fussy about the type of door handles I wanted, and Simply Door Handles had a great choice. Found just what I was looking for and arrived promptly. Would use again.

Purchased online, letter box and door knob. Letter box arrived pretty quickly but no door knob. Phoned up and company checked and found that it hadn't been sent. Apologised and said I'd have it the following day. True to their word, it arrived the following day by courier. This would have been 5 star if there had been no issues. However, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Needed cabinet handles for my new kitchen, but the colour I wanted was not in stock, I emailed the company asking for advice, with a picture of the kitchen cabinet colour. They emailed me back with great advice and suggested an alternative....which turned out to be better in my opinion.

I live in the Netherlands and found replacing door handles here very expensive. After searching on line I found simply door handles and gave them a call.
I received sound advice and my order arrived 4 days later. The handles are solid, good quality and I would recommend the Rosso Maniglie and simply door handles to anyone looking for door handles.

I ordered 8 pairs of cut glass door knobs and was so impressed with the quality. They add the perfect finishing touch. I also accidentally ordered the wrong size latches but a simple return and reorder sorted it quickly.

Ordered 10 stainless steel door packs on Wednesday morning. I must admit I was skeptical about the quality because of the low price, however upon receiving the items the following day I cannot say how impressed I am with the overall quality and service.
I will have no hesitation in recommending this company. The latches and bathroom locks were better than my joiner buys without buckets to tidy the frame which we have. He even admitted he would buy them again.
