Mixed experience
Mixed experience. On the positive, I was kept informed about the status of my delivery, but on the negative the packaging was awful. I accepted the delivery as the goods were not damaged, but that was a miracle. Clearly not down to the courier, rather the seller. A child could have packaged it better.

Excellent prices and prompt delivery, and although one of the large ladders was damaged in transit by the courier their communication was most efficient and friendly. The refund arived the next day.
Will come back again for other goods and services.

The staff at Simply Extinguishers would not have been more helpful, however the delivery company DX Deliveries was a complete shambles and disaster. 3 failed delivery dates and on 4 only half of the order turned up, and there were only 2 items.

Deliver partner DX was useless they said the parcel was due three days in a row and failed to show 3 times before finally delivering 4 days late. Don’t order from here if u need anything in a hurry

Couriers do not tell us when they are having trouble delivering an order, so in most cases, we don't know until customers contact us. In the future, if you have an issue, it's best to reach out to our friendly staff as we're often able to resolve issues very quickly.

We have tracked the order today and can see one of the two parcels was delivered the next day. The other was misrouted by the courier and delivered the following day.
As you can imagine, couriers aren't great at letting us know when something isn't going to plan, so we were not aware of the issue until your review. We have tried to call you today to apologise and resolve the issue, but the number on the order is incorrect.
I hope you are otherwise happy with the products and the service you received, and it is disappointing you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. In the future, please get in contact with us as we will always go above and beyond for our customers.
