Everything was done from home. I knew what model car I wanted and they delivered to me at no extra cost. Helpful and friendly. I did put them through their paces on things I knew I wanted and didn't want and asked for many different quotes of different age cars etc as I knew I didn't want anything brand new- however- brand new was exactly what I did buy after lots of deliberating and quotes and advice. The sales person we dealt with
The sales person we dealt with, Oliver, was very helpful and always got back to me promptly with any questions. Because of the distance from the dealership to where we lived, we didn’t actually meet up till we handed over my car and collected our new car so everything was done by phone and email. The process of arranging finance was easy. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that when we came to sign the agreement the manager had dropped the part exchange we had been offered for my car (without seeing it) by £500.
