Awful service at the start of a…
Awful service at the start of a warranty repair. Booked in for a steering wheel change due to a known issue with the steering wheel peeling. Dropped car off had a courtesy car given. That's a 2 hour round trip for us. Had a call then saying that it was caused by us using chemicals or hand lotion. Which I disputed and said it was a know fault on this model and year of Id3. The person on the end of the phone was rude and dismissive. Another 2 hour round trip to collect the car. Same person rude again when picking up the car. Vw got involved and low and behold they authorised the repair.
Another 2 hour round trip to drop off the car this time much nicer person dealing with the repair. Had a call within 1 and a half hours later to say all done. Brilliant. Another 2 hour round trip and finally sorted.
I believe if leasing company hadn't got involved I would of ending up paying for a repair that's was a warranty issue.
Wouldn't use again unless no other options.

Booked car in for service & MOT. Was given one price over the phone, then another when they rang to confirm booking. They were good enough to honour the lower price. Online check in day before, so dropping car off was quick & easy. Collection also quick & easy. Was sent video of visual check of my car. Thought service was thorough (even though it was only an interim service) & no hard sell to get any additional work done. Very competitive rates. Friendly, efficient staff. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful and accommodating staff
Helpful and accommodating staff on reception. Had an MOT whilst I waited and a week or so later had service whilst I waited. Both were done in a very reasonable time in comfortable surroundings.

Visited Sinclair Neyland for a repair and wait
Visited Sinclair Neyland for a repair. I live an hour away, as it's West Wales and not many VW garages around this was my closest option. A very welcoming experience and was well looked after knowing I was willing to wait. I was able to work a few hours on my laptop in the waiting area and enjoy a coffee from the machine. Being self employed this is great as didn't effect loss of earnings. I engaged with several members of staff and mechanics on the day, all very knowledgable, approachable and professional.
I've visited in the past for sales too, and although they didn't have what I was looking for I wasn't pushed into anything unsuitable for my needs.
Would recommend for repairs, service and sales. Thanks!
