Overview of my Service
Easy to confirm appointment ahead on line, a friendly welcome, good facilities for a waiting appointment and welcomed the video overview afterwards. Staff had time to discuss my queries regarding new service plan and sales team member gave me an evaluation and helped me understand the hybrid and electric models, ahead of changing my car in the near future.

All worked fine
All worked fine. good communication and reassuring that all semed well with the car.
My only problem is that i live some way away from your garage and there is no transport from there to where you are located. So, I have to wait in the service area.. usually 4/5 hours.

I have always found their salespeople to be very fair when purchasing each of the vehicles

My experience was great
My experience was great. I arrived for a 09.00 appointment, Reception Desk had everything ready including the curtesy Car, and off I went Home.
In the afternoon I received a phone call that my Car was ready to collect.

Not overly impressed
A few issues left me with the feeling that unless I am buying a car they aren't really that bothered. I did not feel as if they cared very much about me as a customer.

When we changed our car Charley Roberts and Carla Jones at VW Neyland were both professional very polite, helpful and informative.
We have also had follow up meetings and again they were ready to help and answer our questions. Going beyond what they needed to do. Nothing was to much trouble.

WE DIDN'T EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN
We were on holiday in West Wales and My partners VW car broke down in Tenby. We called a mechanic on his car insurance but he was unable to mend the car so the car was taken to Sinclair Leylands service department.
Knowing we were keen to get Back to Worcestershire Neil went out of his way to have the car looked at and he kept us informed as to what was happening. We can’t thank him enough for his excellent service. Lynne and Stan.
