Bought a Golf from Sinclair Group VW Swansea. (Liz Lloyd)
Dealt with Liam who from the start was so welcoming and made the process run smoothly.
He ran through everything with me and gave me a great deal for the VWGolf which I purchased.
Liam talked me through all the paperwork and completed it with me which was a big deal as the paperwork can sometimes be overwhelming. When I collected the car again the experience was second to none with Liam taking me through every bit of the process and introducing me to Nicola who would be my point of contact for serving/MOT etc. Would 100% deal with Liam again and would recommend asking for Liam if anyone is thinking of purchasing from this great VW family.

Brilliant experience
Liam is a great salesman, ensuring we fully understood the specifications of the car. He made sure I fully understood the sat nav system before I took the car away. Brilliant. I received a courtesy call three days later to check I was happy with the car. Nice touch.

I have always had 5 star service form Sinclair Swansea. My id.3 has recently been in for warranty work and each time the team, namely Darren and Nicola have dealt with the issue politely and professionally - i would have no issue recommending them

An absolute pleasure to deal with!
I walked in to this showroom with the idea that I would seek out some prices for a relatively new low mileage Touareg. I walked out some time later having ordered a brand new Touareg to the specifications that I wanted and feeling perfectly chuffed with my decision. From then on I felt entirely absorbed into this lovely new family that is Sinclair Volkswagen in Swansea, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with!
A special mention must go to Ryan Davies who has guided us perfectly through all the steps, and to all members of the sales team who all jumped in to help if Ryan was unavailable! I cannot end without thanking Nicola on the reception desk who couldn’t do enough to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable!

Helpful, Professional & Non-Pushy
Nicky Lac was extremely helpful, non-pushy and secured us a fantastic deal on a used Tiguan. The car is immaculate and we were able to take it for a good test drive independently. The show room is dog friendly so we were able to take our 1yr old spaniel with us and they provided water and treats. An extremely friendly, professional and welcoming service. Thanks a bunch all.
