Excellent service.
Even though I was ordering some standard parts for a Brompton bike which are available from numerous Brompton stockists, I still went to SJS Cycles, why? Their Brompton parts prices are competitive; they often have a part that is out of stock elsewhere,
but most importantly their customer service is second to none, sound advice and simple returns procedure if you've got things wrong. Highly recommended.

Above & Beyond customer service
Submitted a review for a Ryde Andra rim purchased when website had an incorrect ERD (based on incorrect manufacturer info). SJS have since highlighted the correct ERD. SJS stood up and refunded the incorrectly sized spokes after the fact. Great to receive such 'above & beyond' service. Thank you :)
