Yasmin was amazing love going to her she’s amaze

I have been having treatments for laser hair removal here for the past two years, every appointment apart from one has been rushed & no attention paid to the treatments.

The last session I had which was with the same girl that I had my only one good session with due to her coming down from Manchester to Bristol store didn’t go well at all. Throughout the session she could very clearly see I was in pain due to me twitching, tensing my whole body and closing my eyes and making noises like ouch etc. She continued with my treatment & kept saying “ your doing really well etc” after treatment I was in pain on the labia area where I had my session done and the next day I was covered in burn marks. I contacted them and sent pictures of the area in which they sent me a cream for burns I’ve now been left with scarring due to the burns and I’m still waiting for a response from them. I’ve had emails back and forth but tbh the service is terrible and I should probably take this further due to the nature & severeness of the burns this shouldn’t have happened.

I would not advise anyone to go to the store in Bristol as all staff rush treatments , always different staff doing sessions and you will notice no staff stay working in this store for long so something is clearly wrong with this place.

I had my first laser session today with Dee she was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall all staf are nice n helpful it’s a pleasure coming into their clinic.

I was seen by the same lady for the first couple of treatments and she explained everything clearly. After a few laser hair removal treatments I am seeing good results with much slower hair growth.

I always have the best session with Dee.
she’s very professional and friendly as well. Very good customer service, I would highly recommend.

It was my first laser session at Skin Space Manchester, the lovely lady Yasmin did my treatment and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She explained the whole process of the treatment.
I highly recommend this clinic!

So this was my first ever laser experience. I was so nervous and self conscious but Dee at the Manchester branch made me feel so comfortable and relax. We chatted about everything in the lil amount of time we had. Offering her experience and booked more treatments with her. So v excited for this hair free journey. Thank you loads!!

After 2 years and 24 sessions, I left feeling so disappointed and defeated with my results. The only reason I’ve given 1 star is because the team are really nice, but as for the laser hair removal itself - a massive waste of time.

I would expect after having as many laser hair removal sessions and I had, I would have seen dramatic improvement. Instead, all I had was a few gaps in my body hair and normal regrowth.

I would have had more respect if they had said that I was probably just not a suitable candidate, instead, it was just constant upselling everytime I went in. Hearing
“6 more sessions and we’ll definitely get it” or “we’ll do a special discount just for you” becomes so insincere when it’s what I hear every time I come in for a treatment that clearly isn’t working.

I have started laser hair removal treatments at a different clinic and the results are fantastic just after one session - I wish I’d never started at SkinSpace. Unfortunately I have a such a sour taste in towards them now, and do view them as only caring about getting as much money out of you as possible.

Have been having laser for months now, seen a significant but gradual difference. Had Dee today as my laser therapist, was a great experience, had a laugh, a fab convo and she made me feel comfortable. Additionally, all the staff are amazing. I love chatting to all the girls, they’re very friendly, fun and caring. Thank you SkinSpace team!

Such a lovely team here at Skinspace. Nilo let me talk her ear off during my first session. I was terrified so it really helped me calm down a bit. The day before I did my patch test with Yasmin and she made me feel right at home and was so informative of what treatment she thought I needed and the plans available. Kiren was very understanding and supportive about my worrying on how to pay. She helped me set up a Klarna payment in 3 and was so patient with me while I did it. Such a lovely team and space, it’s a pleasure visiting.

Dee was quite caring though my laser section always checking in but not compromising on the efficiency of the treatment. Very experienced will be requesting her again !
