I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

Sky is one of the worst networks I've…

Sky is one of the worst networks I've ever been with.Honestly , the customer service as gone down here one hundred percent i honestly would not recommend them trying to speak to someone. Here in the u, k, it's impossible, absolutely ridiculous. Sky does not care about the customers all they care about is making money by giving everybody's jobs away to the country's overseas, and the service has honestly dropped 100%. It's ridiculous, nobody's doing their jobs properly transferring calls blind, which is actually a sockable offense, unless the person tells you, they are going to do it because there's a queue or anything, but other boys, they are not to do it. But I will definitely not recommence going unless you want a lot of hassle continuously explaining yourself.I wouldn't bother to join them

Great for face to face conversations

We spoke to Tom , he was very patient and explained packages very clearly. We signed up for 2 years very happy with deal . We tried to do this via a stalling the Epsom centre but the sky stall is no longer there. We were passing through Andover and took the opportunity to sit and look at the packages. Very useful to have face to face discussions.

Great service from Peter

Peter was really helpful sorted a issue in no time really. Am pleased that he spent so much time and effort to ensure no further complication. He really care to provides good customer service above and beyond for this unusual scenario.
