Do not waste your money on this headphone purchase
Decided to return these headphones, did not work for me. Had trouble figuring out how to actually return them- took a few days to finally get instructions how to proceed with the return. Now that the refund has been processed, was refunded $30.00 less than i paid for them.
Very disappointed.

Sleepphones work but they do not last. I have purchased two sets of the wireless ones so I know this product well. They are way too expensive compared to their quality. They also do not charge unless you use their charger. I am very disappointed in them.

Updated review....1 star...I edited my review from 3 stars to 1 star as the charging unit quit working within the first month of purchase, despite following all directions properly...according to the 1 year warranty, the consumer has to pay the shipping costs to send it back in for a replacement.

If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise reducing rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring.
We would also suggest ensuring the speakers are aligned over your ears as this will provide the best sound quality. Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears.

This is my second SleepPhones
This is my second SleepPhones, the first one I gave to my daughter who is a nurse, that works nights.
My experience has been 90% positive, with my occasional need to re-position the head band from to much head movement in my sleep.

If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side that you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the module to the front of their heads as it is more comfortable for them.

Shameful cost of replacement battery!!
The battery that I ordered to replace the original SleepSheep battery arrived in a timely manner and works perfectly.
The downside of this purchase is the price of the battery. In retrospect, it would have been more financially intelligent to just add $30.00 more and get a brand new SleepPhone. I have ordered a new SleepPhone for my wife and with the new battery we both have a SleepPhone now, but the cost of the battery replacement is quite shameful in my opinion.

I love the sleep phone product and have been usuing them for many years now 10 plus and this is only the 3rd set of headphones i've needed to buy they are robust and last ages and i use mine every night. i would warn you though that if buying from England that a Tax is charged which isn't too much £4 but the post office charge and extra £8 handling fee :(

A Game-Changer
I got so annoyed with sleeping with earbuds or over-ear headphones. I could never get comfortable, plus all the wires....not to mention the iPhone I have doesn’t support charging and headphones. So i decided to take a chance with these, and let me tell you I’ll never go back. The sound quality is amazing, not to mention the comfort AND ease of use. The battery life is also outstanding. The only downside is that the charger is a little difficult to maneuver at first.
