We are a small family business that strives to give a friendly professional service, we have many years experience installing and maintaining central heating and hot water systems and as Worcester Bosch and Vaillant Accredited Installers, we are able to offer up to 12 years guarantee on boilers and seven years on heat pumps. We are MCS registered for Heat pump installations, Gas Safe registered for natural gas and LPG and are Oftec registered for oil boilers. We are Heat Geek verified as well as being registered with APHC and CIPHE.

Very Professional Company
The person that did the work was very professional and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong with our system and fitted the correct parts, he took time to explain what he had done. Added inhibitor as recommended, refilled the system and made sure it was all working including Heating and Hot Water.

Smiths installed a new boiler for us
Smiths installed a new boiler for us. We had good communication leading up to the install day and they arrived promptly on the day.
The guys were very polite and tidied up after themselves at the end of the day.
Install went smoothly and pipework looks very neat and tidy. All rubbish was removed after install.
Richard explained the new controls and set up the App on my phone.
Alround great company and would definately use again and recommend.

Excellent Service
Easy to make an appointment at a time to suit me. Arrived on time to service my CH Boiler. Found a part that needed replacing and as the Boiler was under warranty with Worcester Bosch they arranged for them to come out and replace it. Been using Smiths Heating for many years and have never been let down. Highly recommended.
