It's a very worrying experience when you decide to sell your car, especially to somebody you have never met before. But I cannot fault the reassuring & professional manner in which the whole process was dealt with by Andy & Sean at SMR. I found them very honest, fair & trustworthy throughout the transaction.

First time I’ve sold a car (as opposed to part ex’d) for years, but Andy at SMR Direct made it a completely easy, hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
His examination of the car was forensic and detailed ; he spotted faults I had no idea were there. Admirable professionalism and expertise, I thought, but I obviously then expected it to be followed up with a sad face and plenty of hard haggling.
So I was utterly delighted when he made an offer for the car that was more than fair. Certainly not what I was expecting. And certainly more fair than I have ever achieved whilst part-exchanging! (Worth mentioning that Andy didn’t leave until the cash was in my bank account).
So if you selling, you should get in touch with these guys. You won’t get anything past them, but you can count on them to be honest, sensible and fair.

Dealing with good people in Andy and Sean which made the process run very smooth. Never easy selling a high end vehicle but from the first contact to finally parting with the vehicle, they were well organised, good communicators to ensure the process flowed with consummate ease. Would certainly recommend their services as a company to deal with.

Both Andy and Sean provided a reassuringly friendly and professional service making the sale of my car very easy.
