With the constant concern about being scammed these days, we found the whole process to be reassuring and transparent. We did not at any point feel pushed and both Andy and Jason were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. The whole process was fast and efficient and they came to our home to collect the car. We felt the price was fair, so all-in-all we would very happily recommend this company if you have a car to sell.

I advertised my car through Autotrader and had a lot of dealers call the following morning. One of them was Andy from SMR Direct. Their price was competitive with the others (no different) but they were very proactive, following up on email within minutes. They paid a deposit for the car and came down to collect it a few days later. Everything was very professional and friendly and it made life nice and simple. They check the car *extremely* carefully. In my case the car was pretty mint but they noticed a couple of things I had never spotted that a previous owner had repaired, and chipped the price based on any damage; this isn't unreasonable but be prepared for it. They asked for a £300 discount, I countered for a £150 price chip on a £22k car and they accepted. They paid for the car by instant bank transfer and drove away with it. I was pretty pleased with how effortless it all was and they are a very professional team.
