I sold my Mini Countryman last week to SMR which still had finance owed on it. Andy made the whole process really stress free and smooth. I couldn’t rate this company enough. Very impressed with SMR Direct as a dealer. I sold my Focus ST to them. Even though it belonged to my elderly father Andy was extremely accommodating on how to prove association and compete the purchase with myself. I had never sold a car before and I had a tight deadline to get it sold in order to get a new car. Andy gave me a great service and talked me through every step really well. I got a great deal and would highly recommend.

I advertise my car on autotrader to see if I could do better privately than the PX offered by the dealer. I was a bit dubious when I had a call from someone in the trade but I was impressed by the SMRs approach and the offer was agreeably better than the PX with the benefit of no tyre kickers. The process of selling the car was very good and when it came to collection there was no attempt to reduce the price for minor things - my autotrader advert had photos showing the few scratches and dints etc (general wear and tear for a 3y old car) so there were no surprises for them. The money was paid into my account before Chris (a very friendly chap) drove off with it. Very happy and I’d definitely use them again.
