Séamus undertook the survey of the property I inherited as I knew there were some underlying problems with it. His knowledge and guidance about what work is required is invaluable to helping me decide where to direct my resources.

He spent a few hours assessing the property in forensic detail and what he doesn't know about properties isn't worth knowing. He was more than happy to answer questions about the survey and the best course of action with parts of the house. He's also a very amiable chap and a pleasure to have around.

Attention to detail second to none. This is shown in his extensive report which he turned around very quickly. Good comms from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Séamus recently conducted a thorough survey on a property we were looking to purchase. Communication was excellent throughout. I was sent a sample survey and lots of information on enquiry. The survey report was comprehensive, including photos and estimates on the cost to repair any problems identified. After careful consideration, we decided not to proceed with purchasing the property as a number of problems were identified and the remedial work would have been costly and disruptive. We are very grateful to Séamus for taking his time to conduct such a thorough survey and providing us with such a detailed report. We hired Smyth and Associates to do a full RICS Level 3 Building Survey (Structural Survey) on a property we were looking to purchase and Séamus was brilliant. Quick summary= Completed the structural survey as required. Happy to discuss needs beforehand before committing to survey. Always kept up to date with report e.g. if slight delay does inform you by email. Happy to discuss findings of report afterwards if clarity/ reassurance needed. Appears to have considerable experience in this field of work. Good communicator. Would use again if required and would recommend.

Came out within a few days and did a comprehensive survey. Results back within days. Professional service is hard to find these days. Would recommend.
