An excellent service
Polite, friendly and helpful. The report arrived within the timeframe agreed and was thorough and helpful. Good photographic evidence was provided. I would certainly use them again.
It was a pleasure to do business with this firm of surveyors and I would happily recommend them to anyone else.

Simply the best.
Seamus Smyth of Smyth and Associates is quite simply the best. In every regard. His attention to detail, professionalism and practical advice are just what was needed and what I looked and hoped for. He comes highly recommended. He surveyed 2 properties for me: an apartment in a 1960s highrise and a victorian terraced house and his knowledge and expertise in both were amply demonstrated via his reports and his in depth conversations with me on the phone also. He is extremely helpful and candid in his comments, very approachable and readily available in my experience. His response times were also excellent. Did I say his attention to detail was phenominal! I'll say it again. Because it is. Thank you Seamus.
