amazing service from start to finish, from the sales reps all the way to the drivers who kindly brought the sofas in for me at no additional charge! was kept in the loop throughout the whole process

Can’t stress how much of an AMAZING…

Can’t stress how much of an AMAZING experience I’ve had with this company. Got my sofa delivered within 3 days of ordering it. I placed an order and within 1 hour I received a text from the courier company letting me know of my delivery date. The day before delivery I received another text confirming my delivery. The drivers then called me on the day informing me of my time slot. The communication was fantastic and the sofas were beautiful! Just in time for Christmas. Would 100% reccomend! Thanks guys!

Great quality, Great service

The staff are very understandable & easy to work with. Great quality sofas- will definitely be ordering more. Great service too. Deffo recommend!

Stay away...

Stay away...
Ignore calls, messages and block on social media.
Admitted they made an error, evidence of promising collection and refund, then ignored every message and call.

Terrible customer service. AVOID!!!

Terrible customer service. Have to chase the company for your order, almost impossible to get hold of to buy anything never mind if something is wrong. I had read the negative reviews however as it was cash on delivery I decided I had nothing to lose by giving them a go. I gave 3 weeks notice for delivery, I had a message the day before asking if delivery was still ok for the next day which i agreed and confirmed what I had ordered. The driver called me when he was one hour away, then 10 minutes before delivery the driver called back to say he only had half of my order but he was only the courier so couldn't tell me when the rest of my order would be ready! bearing in mind I would be paying £50 delivery and no assurance that I would not be charged this again for the rest of my order. I had no sofa so no choice but to agree and wait. On delivery I was told I couldnt have a receipt or invoice and had to contact the company (as the driver was just the courier - yet ok to accept cash payments). I then contacted the company, they did not even acknowledge my request for an invoice and said they would chase the rest of my order. I have still not heard anything from them nearly a week later. I will not be ordering from them again and now have to find somewhere that I can get the other half of my order from. I suppose i am quite lucky there is nothing wrong with the sofa, as the company will not provide proof of purchase and they are impossible to communicate with. Stay away from this company.

**UPDATE I would just like to reply to your comment about you are not sure where i got my sofa from. If ordering via your website you pay online HOWEVER, when ordering through facebook it is cash on delivery to which i have the facebook messages from yourself as proof and if you read your own facebook posts it clearly states cash on delivery! your facebook page also has a link to your website so thank you for proving my point about your company and a reason why people should not order from you

Hi we would need an order number you was given When you purchased form our website thanks as our websites is free delivery and orders are placed and paid before delivery so if it is cash on delivery we are not sure where you have ordered this sofa from

Awful company do not buy from them

Awful company do not buy from them! Messed me around with delivery, didn’t turn up on day they where supposed to even though I had old sofa taken away, I asked them to cancel the order then they randomly turn up on day that wasn’t even agreed, tried contact them to complain and numbers don’t work plus they blocked me from their Facebook page!

ZERO STARS

If i could give these guys zero stars i would!
Absolutely Atrocious customer service, waited all day as they said the sofa will be delivered between 2-7pm and no show called the phone number provided and they didn't have a clue and then said the wrong sofa was on the delivery. Then they proceeded to say that the sofa will be delivered on Sunday and then received a Facebook message saying that the van broke down and the delivery was rescheduled for next Friday 🙄 tried again to call them since 10am and had no luck until 5pm and the guy on the phone was so unprofessional having a conversation with another person, talking about the football match that was going to kick off in 15 mins. Then he was like shall i say delivery will be on Monday or Tuesday at this point i was furious and told them to FORGET IT! So glad i didn't purchase anything off them and will be advising people to STEER CLEAR!

Cannot comment on the quality of the…

Cannot comment on the quality of the furniture as it didnt turn up. Arranged delivery for a sunday. Got rid of my old sofa ready for its arrival. As time went on through the day started to wonder wether it was still coming. Messaged them for them to finally tell me it wasnt coming the van had broke down the previous night. They didnt think of telling me straight away instead they just waited until I asked. They again arranged for delivery the following Thursday. Again it didnt turn up. Same excuse the van had broken down. By this time we were sick of sitting in the bedroom as we had no front room sofa ! Decided to go to an alternative company for cheaper and next day delivery. Do not use this company they are a total sham a 3 year old would probably have better managment and customer service skills
