Installed in incorrect place, no communication
The solar panels were installed in the incorrect position. I was not informed that the solar hot water was installed just requested to sign off that I was happy with. I had to get the builder that is completing my renovation to check it for me and that is how I discovered they had installed the equipment in the incorrect positions not the agreed positions.

Solarhart Hot Water Unit
Our Solarhart Hot Water unit was promptly installed after my order was placed. The Plumber / Electrician tradies & Apprentices came on time and completed work swiftly with a tidy professional finish. Would have been 5 stars although i have tried to get information about turning the booster off when i'm away and what is the actual temperature setting? Not much after sales information from Solarhart unit appears to be working well (very hot water)

Andrew the electrician is very knowledgeable and explained how the solar system works very clearly to us and had no issue with my thousands of questions on site 😊

Solahart Lismore very helpful
People that I dealt with appeared to be honest and were very helpful when asked. There was a long delay for installation caused by weather and the isolation of the property, and they agreed to absorb some of the extra cost of the delay.
