Friendly and informative

Endless emails and phone calls just to get my car repaired. Awful comms and no one taking responsibility. Tesco should end this contract

Dealing with third-party intervention claims can be a stressful and confusing process, but Meida immediately put me at ease, listened carefully to my situation, and navigated my case with real confidence and clarity.
What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently she dealt with all the information without the necessity for going back and forth and not being passed from department to department. She took ownership of the call and delivered a clear outcome.
