Sorelle has a range of sparkly dresses…

Sorelle has a range of sparkly dresses and I wanted something special for New Year’s I found a lovely dress which looks like the 1920 flapper girl style and I haven’t seen something like this anywhere else. I absolutely love the outfit (It even came with a matching bag)

No refund after returning items

I really don't want to write this review as I'm not a type of person to complain ,but feel I do have to warn others of this company,
I ordered 2 outfits and returned within 5 days as the items were to small,
That was on the 29th Jan,they received them on the 2 and Feb ,on the 16th Feb I sent an email asking about my refund,
They replied the day after saying I had to at least wait 28 day,
I have emailed them twice since and still not had my refund,
I'll be going to trading standards,
Just want people to be aware of this.
I had no option to put 0 stars or I would have.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was promised a refund within the stated time frame, and that deadline has come and gone with absolutely no sign of my money. No proper communication, no updates, and no accountability.
It’s beyond frustrating to be told one thing and then completely ignored. I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get vague responses with no real answers. When a company can’t stick to their own refund policy, it seriously makes you question their professionalism and integrity.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away. Completely unacceptable service

Sorelle UK has quickly become one of my…

Sorelle UK has quickly become one of my favorite online stores! The quality is excellent, and everything fits beautifully. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 125 pounds, and a size small fits me perfectly.

If you’re ordering to the United States, just be aware that you’ll receive an email from a third-party company requesting payment for an import fee. As long as you pay it promptly, your package should arrive in about 10 days. Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone considering placing an order!

Love their items

The reviews don't do this brand a justice.. I ordered from them twice and all the dresses are good quality. Unlike most shops they have unique dresses that you don't see at every other store.

I personally didn't have to return anything so not sure about that experience.

One thing I would recommend the store does is update how the filters work. When I filter size S, dresses show up even though most of them have size s sold out - just a suggestion!

Poor Quality and returns issue

Poor Quality and returns issue - honestly poor quality for the price paid, and they offer absolutely no returns outside of the UK. However you can buy from them and they offer shipping worldwide. Really beware if you're outside the UK, you'll be left with a poorly made dress with no options but to keep it.

Scam - don’t refund

Terrible company and customer service. Emailed about my return not being received and was told i had to wait the full 28 days. Has now been a week over the 28 days, no refund and my emails being ignored.

I ordered from this company in December…

I ordered from this company in December for my birthday and it has now been months with no resolution and no refund. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.

My package never even made it to me — it was held for customs/tariffs before entering the country. Since I no longer needed the items, I contacted the company and asked for a refund because the package was clearly being returned. Instead of helping, they responded in a very rude and dismissive way and told me I would have to wait an unreasonable amount of time (around 60 days or more) just to get my money back. That alone is unacceptable.

Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails completely, and it is now the end of February and I still do not have my money back. There has been zero communication and zero effort to resolve this situation.

After this experience, I checked Trustpilot and saw that many other customers have had the same problem — money taken and no refund with no response. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

People work hard for their money, and it is extremely concerning to deal with a company that behaves like this. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds for months or be ignored when trying to resolve a problem.

I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Do NOT order from this company unless you are prepared to risk losing your money.
This experience has been completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE

DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Absolute disgrace, I returned 2 dresses on the next day after I received. Paid £14.75 Royal mail postage. No email confirmation or anything saying they received the return items or they will refund the money back, I emailed them and they said they will refund in 28 days, Now over a month and they are not answering my emails. Please Please DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE. They made me so upset, they are stealing peoples money. God is watching , I believe in KARMA

AWFUL company & customer service - USE PAYPAL if you do order

Do not order from this company!

I returned 3 sale items within a few days of delivery, unworn and with tags. Sorelle recieved the items and then refused to refund, claiming sale items are non-returnable under their policy despite UK consumer law providing 14-day cancellation rights for online purchases (whether in the sale or not)

They also stated in their exact words “the items would be disposed of” within 7 days unless I paid £7 postage to have them sent back, refused ADR, and said I would receive no further customer service on this matter

Thankfully I opened a PayPal buyer protection claim and they awarded it in my favour and refunded me in full for my returned items

I would not order from this company again but if you do I strongly recommend paying with PayPal or a credit card for protection

Ridiculous

My first time ordering on here and its…

My first time ordering on here and its very difficult to return something, especially for the price you are paying. You have to pay for your own returns which is fine but you are told to wait up to 28 days.. I am now over that time limit of returns and no one is replying to my emails and I still have no refund?

Now reading these reviews I see many people have had the same ongoing issue which is horrific for a business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SORELLE. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK FOR A RETURN. I returned three expensive items on 09/01/2026. They sent me an email confirming they recieved my return on 12/01/2026. I was told a refund can take up to 28 days. It has now been 36 days and Sorelle are ignoring all of my emails. Luckily I paid on Klarna so any further payments have been paused so they are not taken from my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAMMERS

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing an item but I thought I would give them benefit of doubt.
I ordered a dress with next day delivery, which came on time but was too small so ordered a larger size and returned the original dress in good time in prestige condition as I was aware they do not like to give refunds so didn’t want to give them an easy reason to say no.
Lo and behold they said the dress had a mark on the inside, I believe they deliberately done this to refuse giving me bk my money and so they can resell the dress again.

SHOCKING, DISGUSTING company!
Do not spend your hard earned money at this company.
Just check all social media platforms most customers are shocked and unhappy with them.

Best brand so reliable!!!

I have been purchasing outfits off Sorelle Uk now for the past 3 years and I have loved each and every piece I have purchased off them! All of there clothes are high quality, super flattering and fit amazing! Couldn’t recommend shopping here enough it’s my go to place when I need an outfit for a nice occasion and the prices are so reasonable for what you receive! 🩷 Thank you so much!!!

I would highly reccomned not ordering…

I would highly reccomned not ordering from this company. I have registered my return within the 14 day period and sent my item back within the 14 day period but due to it not arriving on time they have refused to refund me on my payment method. The person dealing with me over email has been so unprofessional and said she will refuse to respond to me and also not send across the legal teams details to take this further.
