Returns is an absolute nightmare

Returns is an absolute nightmare. Returned something well within the window after months and months of fighting would only give me store credit. So ordered using the store credit and they refused to refund the £85 parcel even though I have all the proof. They ignored multiple emails over months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I logged my return on the website a week after it was delivered, the website allowed me to raise a return, they took my money to generate a label and also emailed me confirmation of the return and label.
I couldn't click on the label it wasn't working so I emailed them, and they replied saying they would investigate. Days later they told me there was a system error and they no longer use the portal to log returns?!!?! However it still accepted the return. How can you tell customers you dont use the portal but still allow them to use it and take our money?! The investigation caused more delay only to be told I need to return the goods myself at my own cost - I did this FIRST CLASS.
I am now being told I cant have a refund for my goods because I am outside of the returns period?! I logged everything in time and now its my fault because their awful systems do not talk to each other. Absolutely no fault of my own that THEY had to investigate and prolonged the time. This company is honestly disgusting DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They have ignored all my communication and refused to help.
I will be taking them to court.

I’m extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Sorelle UK. I returned items and was advised that refunds can take up to 28 days to process. That timeframe has now passed and I still have not received my refund.

One of the items in my original order was also sent in the wrong size, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

I contacted the company multiple times for updates and asked for the issue to be escalated to a manager or for a complaint to be raised. My last 2–3 emails have been completely ignored, with no acknowledgement or response.

I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money, which should not have been necessary.

Really poor customer service and communication. I would be very hesitant to order from them again.

I ordered a skirt in there sale and…

I ordered a skirt in there sale and it’s amazing a little short but it’s so cute . It’s a stretchy material so it’s great for dancing and moving !!!

It’s comfortable to sit on as it’s sparkly and the material is so soft.

I have brought from you who’re never had an issue with anything.

I’d highly advise against purchasing…

I’d highly advise against purchasing from Sorelle. The returns process is awful and customer service is equally poor.

They try to jump through hoops to avoid refunding you to your original payment method, which seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. Unless you’re 100% certain you won’t need to return anything, I wouldn’t recommend ordering.

It’s a shame because the dresses look great online and the quality was actually fine when they arrived. However, the returns process clearly needs reviewing to avoid more experiences like mine and many others.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful, my delivery was sent to the wrong address. I had spoken to the delivery company and they told me sorrel had given them the wrong address and that I needed to contact the seller, when I did contact sorrel they were very sassy and told me that the delivery service is wrong and that they can’t legally change it and have not replied to my other emails will not be buying from this place again and that’s money down the drain

Have rated 1 star but would rate 0 stars if this was an option. I advise you to NEVER EVER order from this website. They scam you, wrongfully deny you of any return/exchange rights and then just continuously ignore you until the point you are left out of pocket and WITHOUT the item. No matter how many emails you send they rudely ignore. My issue has been ongoing since June and I am not going to drop this issue.
Also if you view other peoples reviews it seems this is a common issue where people return items and this company take the item back and refuse to refund or respond!!!

Store credit not refund

Received an email stating the return got back to them after a 14 days period window despite me sending it back well before this time. It is NOT the customers fault if deliveries to your warehouse are later or delayed. It is illegal not to give refunds to your customers. If you don’t revoke this and give me a refund of MY money that I am legally entitled to I will take it further legally

I love Sorelle! Always my go to brand when I’m searching for a good night out outfit especially! They always come in clutch, materials are always fantastic and always receiving the most compliments when wearing this brand in public. Definitely recommend!!

SCAM don’t order.

I’ve been a long-term customer of Sorelle, but this has been a really poor experience. I registered my return within the 14-day cooling-off period and requested a refund, yet I was issued store credit without my consent.

Customer service then either dismissed my emails or failed to respond at all.

Very disappointing handling of refunds and customer service. I won’t be shopping here again and will be going through my bank to get my refund instead.
Don’t order, I won’t be again a complete scam!

DO NOT ORDER!

DO NOT ORDER!! returned within the 14 days and they fobbed me off with a credit note that I never asked for now they are refusing to acknowledge or respond to my emails regarding this. The time frames are very clear from the returns tracking and order date that I have proof of yet they are ignoring this email. shocking. I then received an email the following day claiming four smelt of smoke. How can four smell of smoke YET the other 10 Don’t?? they were all in the same household and I do not even smoke. This is absolutely crazy. Do not order from them. They are THIEVES.

Deliveries are long! And refunds do not exist! Stay clear

Ordered 3 dresses as Black Friday deal, sent them back and the refund process seemed pretty long!
Emailed them as to how long the refund would be, they told me 28 days!
5 emails later still to this day no refund!
Bear in mind the Black Friday deals started end of November!
Honestly be sure to like your item u ordered or just sell it on and don’t send it back! You will never get your money back!
