Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. They don’t refund you and make up any excuse not to. I returned brand new item which was sealed in originally packaging and they said it smelt of perfume. I then had to PAY to have it re delivered to my house and I can confirm it did not smell of perfume or anything as it was in the original packaging.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. This company should be shut down, all they do is scam customers. The two piece I bought was cheap, thin and tacky and certainly not worth the money I didn't even try it on and returned it right away. They then sent it back to me and tried to claim it had an odour to it which is bizarre since I never even tried it on, and they were not going to refund my money, great way of scaming customers because how are you meant to prove it doesn't? Avoid like the plague, there's a reason they have so many bad reviews.

UNLAWFUL SCAM COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. UNLAWFUL SCAM COMPANY, their returns policies are completely unlawful and impose stricter restrictions on the customer than is allowed by UK Consumer Law. How Trading Standards have not forced them to update their unlawful policies by now is astounding.

I notified the company of my return within 14 days of receiving the order and posted the return within 14 days of that - as required by UK LAW.

Because the order was not physically in their warehouse within 14 days of delivery, they refuse the return. They’re also now playing the card that the order was cancelled incorrectly because I didn’t write to them directly to alert of the return… I processed the return via their online website and followed all necessary steps outlined on their site. Since when is it UK consumer law to physically write to the company to alert of a return - it IS NOT!

They will say absolutely anything to refuse a refund although they have all of the goods in perfect condition back in their property which they will now resell and make a double profit on.

They cannot make up their own laws under the guise of “their policies”, that’s not how statutory rights work. Communications have been awful so far, their unprofessionalism and intimidation tactics are baffling but I expected nothing less from this company. A quick Google search proves how disgusting they are to their customers, I wish I’d seen this information beforehand. DO NOT SHOP THERE

DO NOT BUY SCAM! Awful quality, sizing ridiculous. Sent back and they received it in 14 days exactly. However am told I am one day past the return window so have been gave a credit voucher. Save your money I don’t want there awful clothes.

ordered a 3 piece set - delivered on 17th December. I tried the bra top on and it was far too small so I packaged it back up and sent it back on 18th December.
Skip to 5th Jan and I get an email from them saying they won’t refund as the bodysuit was returned marked. You can imagine my confusion as I didn’t even try on the bodysuit! They then made me pay £6.99 for them to sent the item back to me (which is a joke in itself). I paid the money as I knew that the item wasn’t marked and I can sell the set on vinted to atleast get some of my money back. I paid the ‘carriage fee’ on 5th Jan and still they have not shipped my item back.
I have emailed them multiple times and they are just ignoring every email.
Their T&Cs state that all returned are recorded when they are opened so I asked them for a video/photo evidence that my item was marked and again, radio silence! I am now £70 down plus another £7 and still no item!!!

The absolute worst company

The absolute worst company. Ordered a size meduim dress, paid customs and express delivery. Received the dress a size large. Have full proof of my ordered size and delivered size. Have emailed three times and contacted through instagram and no response.
Never order from this company.

Dress came and did not fit. I have sent it back on the 11.12.2025 and I am still waiting for a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. Poor customer service

Worst company to buy from in my opinion

I ordered a jumpsuit in a XS which was far to long on the legs which is not a issue i tend to have this problem as i’m short. I returned the parcel, which i had to pay £5 for and had to get the label printed as they do not do e- lables, which was a inconvenience as i don’t have a printer, yet again this wasn’t a issue. It was the fact that when i returned it they said i had missed the return date even though i had returned the parcel way before there time period. They fobbed me off with store credit which i do not want i would like my money back and they will not issue, everyone works hard for their money and they have no care what so ever when it comes to customer care. I strongly advise not to buy from this company, i’ve never had a situation like this before.

SCAM BUSINESS

SCAM BUSINESS, absolute sham of a company I returned items that were received back to warehouse on the 17/12/25 still chasing for a refund and the response I got was wait 28 days, 28 days why exactly you have your items returned in a brand new condition.

Such a shame the website have nice items, would not touch them with a barge pole if you want scammed, clearly they struggle for custom with the amount of money they have stolen from people.

This is theft, I have raised a dispute with my provider when paying to get this resolved. Hopeless attempting to get my money back from this company, should be ashamed and not allowed to operate!!

SCAM

Avoid at all costs. Customer service appalling, refunds and returns are nonexistent, they take your return and don’t refund. Hopefully someone takes this company down!

AWFUL customer service…

AWFUL customer service…. That’s if you even get a response!!

I accidentally purchased two sizes of a swimsuit and messaged them 3 days after I purchased the order explaining that I needed to return them as I couldn’t afford them and hadn’t tried them on… they said that swimwear isn’t returnable - this is in fine print and would catch anyone out!! I’ve never ever been anywhere where swimsuit isn’t refundable.

Anyway, I ordered a co ord but because they took sooooo long (21 days precisely) to reply to the original email regarding the swimsuit, the return window for the co ord had expired. I complained once again and they straight up refused me a refund. I expressed twice that the only reason that I can no longer use the return portal was entirely their fault because they took so long to respond to my original enquiry, still refused me a refund.

SCAM energy.

The worst online shop!!

The worst online shop!!! Do not buy anything from here please!!! It’s like selling shein items for 10x price. I did order several outfits as I always do from different websites and never had any issues with returning. There was one particular outfit with bikinis as well I did not even try bikinis on because the cut was hideous. When I claim the refund they said there was an hygienic issue sending me a photo of these bikinis I didn’t even try on. So they will not refund it but can send me the whole parcel bag if I pay postage. Like excuse me why would I need that bag of crap?!

Horrible honestly the worst customer experience ever my whole purchase was worth £255, but I was just not bothered to argue with them. But as I see so many bad reviews with similar experience maybe it is time do take some legal steps.
