had an item that i needed fixing.... they couldent fix the problem but did try for 3 months... so ended up having to buy part that now have to carry around with the item...and it cost lot more than was first told..... if was to be honest cant say im happy...

I bought a Traktor S4 and some sennheiser headphones. Thing is, I knew what I wanted before I walked in, but the service was very friendly and helpful so I felt comfortable about being in there and buying.

Need i say more than the header suggests? Exactly what one expects from a webstore - simple process to buy, excellent and informative communication via email, very quick delivery, and a great product. This is my first purchase from Soundbase but certainly won't be my last

I recently ordered a Kore 64 ROM expansion. I spoke with staff on the phone before purchase and was very well looked after. Despatch appeared to be instant and I am one happy bunny.

One of my CDJs went faulty a week before an inportant gig. Of course you can never get anyone to fix it when you need it fixing, so I had to look for another unit. I did not have a lot of cash and I needed it quickly. I also needed a reasonably good unit in case my original one could never be fixed at a reasonable price. Soundbase Megastore offered a new CDJ at a very reasonable price and had it delivered within a couple of days (in time for my important gig).
What more is there to say Good Value and Delivery.
They were also able to offer a 3 year warranty, through a third party, at a good price.
