I tried to by a rare single drum module that for various reasons was delivered with pieces missed at first, and then with a wrong PSU.
Despite of these annoying issues, I have to say that the guys from customer services were always there over the phone or emails and always attended to what I said. I was offered refund, they ordered and paid the delivery for the parcel to go back and even they offered me 12 months warranty and discounts in future purchases. And also printed the user manual for me.
They are not PERFECT but they try to correct their mistakes, and for me that's what matters.
Would I recommend them? YES.

I was sold a broken amp, they did change it but only after I had to carry the thing back to the shop wait a week and then carry it home again. The broken amp was meant to be used for a gig but couldn't be because it was broken. Maybe the store should check the equipment they sell to make sure it is in working order.

Friendly, knowledgable and insightful! I will definitely be back, and will be sensing and bringing my friends... I hate spending money, but when it's dealt with by guys like you, it's not so much of a bind!

I bought a DJ mixer from this store a while ago after some great recommendations tailored to my specific needs from the superb staff in the showroom.

After some months of using the mixer a fault appeared which the in-house service staff were able to help me with quickly and effectively.

I went to purchase some lighting and a pairing speaker (mackie thump 15") to better our existing setup as an acoustic duo. The staff were really helpful and took us to the basement to try out some lights, which probably isn't a service available at most musical instrument stores, where we usually buy our gear. Killing two birds with one stone we got the mackie also from here, a b-stock one, slightly cheaper but convincingly no damage upon first sight. As an acoustic act, we perform at low volumes and so after trying it out at home I realised there was a problem with the signaling and and a high pitched frequency. The next day I returned it and paid the difference for a brand new one. Despite my inconvenience I would definitely buy from here again if they have what I need.
