Fast and efficient and bargainous service
Bought Ableton Live 8 Upgrade from Live Lite for £169 including P&P. Very good deal for the boxed version with extra sounds on disk AND I will get a free upgrade to Live 9 when it comes out in the new year. Excellent Service and the cheapest on the web that I could find (some shops had the same for £249 plus P&P). Kept informed by email as to when it was sent, well packaged and arrived quickly. Recommended.

Terrible customer service do not use
They took money for the item, then said I'd have to pay more as they posted the wrong price... Now I have no keyboard and £200 less money... have had to contact card company to take matter to dispute.

Thanks for your feedback. We were trying to do our best to resolve the situation and keep the customer happy. Due to a bug on our website the price of that particular item was set to less then half, which was an obvious error which we regret. We gave the customer an instant choice between a full refund or our cost price for the item. We have also offered the customer a 15% discount for any future purchases.
Friendly knowledgable and quick delivery:)
Really pleased with purchase. Staff very helpful and gave really good advice. Will definitely buy from them again.

Equipment not fully operational for demo on may occasions costing me money and time on parking meters.
I good shop and could make more money by better promotions via good DJs sponsorships and onsite training facilities.

Superb value. Superb service.
I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. I recently updated my DJ gear through them and it felt like doing business with a mate. They were really friendly but also professional and full of well informed, impartial advice. The deal they gave me was truly superb to boot. If I ever need any other equipment, they're definitely going to be my first port of call.

Could not ask for better service
My son decided he wanted some mixing decks, these decks are sold at most places and they are all a fairly similar price, as I did not know anything about mixing etc I decided to head down to the shop to get some advise, the guys in the shop showed my son how the decks worked (demo) and made sure they answered all his concerns, they then left him to have a go for himself. For various reasons I then had to buy on line, the item came promptly and I could not ask for any more.
Thanks for helping me out getting my 10 year old son sorted for Xmas
