I have used soundbase before to buy gear and gig tickets. I have always found there are plenty of staff who have been polite and approachable. I like it because it's local to my workplace and I can use their website and check if they sell what I need and then go and purchase it without going far out of my way. This for me is loads better than waiting in for a parcel on my day off like I have done in the past.

Bought my novation launch control here. Fast friendly service with no problems.

Overall no problems, staff were helpful & bought some great speakers nice and quick. One or two of the smaller items (vinyl cleaners etc) are a bit pricey but otherwise spot on.

absolutely perfect product, impressive delivery, stained well to match our existing furniture.

The original product i had ordered was not in stock so i got a email with a alternative which was better and they sent it to me within 2 days just before xmas. I couldnt of asked for better service. Thank you soundbase!

I have been trying to set up a home studio and been looking online and walked into dawsons as well just to see where I can get the most decent packages at competitive prices. The service I got was absolutely brilliant, the staff were friendly and they didn't get tired by the endless amount of questions I was asking. I would like to point out Martin who served me, he knew everything he was talking about. As I was looking for package deals he managed to arrange suitable packages to suit me and as a person who also works in customer service I felt he defined the phrase "going the extra mile for a customer" perfectly. I hope his seniors recognise his efforts, I am very pleased with the equipment I purchased and will definitely go again to soundbase.

Soundbase has an excellent showroom where you can get a hands on with kit before you buy. They stock an excellent range of quality products and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive with online retailers. All in all, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my DJ supplies
