I've used Soundrop since they took over from Loudr around five years ago, and have never had any major problems in all of that time. They are responsive, offer a fantastic deal for artists, and make releasing music (especially covers) incredibly easy.

I've been using Soundrop for a year, I'm 100% happy with it! The payment is consistent and my music is delivered where it needs to be delivered.

I only had to request support once and they solved the problem within hours.

I've always found Soundrop to be prompt with replies understanding of those working in the Video Game Music Genre - they're stats are detailed and their customer service is excellent.

I've been with Soundrop since they first started. Yes, the website has some issues, but once you understand how to work around them it's not bad at all. The reviewer who complained about deleting a release... Yes, as of right now, you can't delete a release but what you can do instead is save it as a draft for the next time you release something. People who are complaining about email correspondence taking weeks/months... Use their support chat!! You can ask for a representative via Soundra (the live chat robot) and you will get someone who can help you. They take 15% revenue share, but I would rather them take that % than use sites that don't properly license covers before distributing them! I have always gotten paid on time, except for one instance that they resolved the following month (by doing TWO payouts). I honestly don't have anything negative to say about them, they have been great to me as a distributor and as a partner.

Great service, but needs improvement on the support side. All I can say is they pay well and gets my music where it needs to be.

For example in improvements, album cover arts that aren't copyrighted (from Unsplash), are marked as flagged because of image copyright concerns, their system needs improvement on that, I doubt that there's even a real human reviewing these, and if you message them, it takes them 1-2 months before replying, which is a waste of time if you're pressed on time.

Site is kind of buggy, it seems like a music distribution website template, I've seen this kind of interface on an another music distributor (not going to mention it).

Overall, I'd say still great anyways, but it could be better.

Garbage. I couldn't do anything in terms of wanting to delete a release, support took days to respond to anything, and it has no help once so ever in terms of spotify urls or anything.

We have not received a reply to our emails. We need to cancel an application to release a song. It has not gone live yet. There is an issue with the audio we uploaded and this cannot go live.

We have tried to contact this company via several different channels and use the live chat, which is not working.

Can someone please provide real contact details so that we can resolve our issue?

For the most part, Soundrop has been a wonderful distributor. I do have a few grievances with them, such as the few amount of platforms I can get onto, but that's replaced by the ease of access, the deployment times, etc. BTW, Soundrop. My album was on Apple Music, but it still shows as in the delivery process.

If your music takes a while to get on different services, that's probably due to the service, not Soundrop. Their delivery speed is incredible, and their review time is quite speedy. Overall, I would recommend Soundrop for their wonderful service.

Unable to get my pics to work(from a professional photographer), and no support available. Don't waste your time on Soundrop!

I'm confused about this site because it can delete your account when you make a lot of money . and they can cheat with a contract. amuse does the same trick .

I don't understand these low reviews.

First they removed all of my music saying I do not own it. Then the ones that they claimed they removed (which was my biggest seller) is still there and they can not tell me where the money from the sells are. The company they are using in my case to disperse the funds is REVELATOR and they had no answers either. Soundrop is doing shady business with my music and has no plausible answer when I inquired. We are currently gathering other Soundrop users with this similar issue to start a class action suit because Soundrop must pay. Soundrop is the BEST! I am not only an artist but also a label! Soundrop distributes releases in lightning speed. After getting scammed by Freshtunes, I found soundrop and ever since I haven't used any other platform

Do I on monetization is it fake if they take all the money from bank please answer ...

the best distributor there can be ... excellent staff and excellent the way they work ... very good at explaining ... you can't ask for anything better

I don't know why there are a lot of bad reviews. But I can assure you that after trying out a lot of music distribution platforms, I have come to a conclusion that Soundrop is the most affordable, efficient platform among them all.

They genuinely respect and care for all of the music producers and lovers such as myself. I am glad that I found Soundrop. At the start I was a bit sceptical but over time, I have grew to love them by how they communicate to their customers.

Constantly knit-picking beyond reason. I used a black and white photo for a cover, made it deliberately blurry, and put a border on it, and they said it was "upscaled" and "messy". They asked me to put text on the cover so that it might make the image more respectable or something, but they said the text was also blurry. There is nothing wrong with my text! I will find a better service.

These people don't allow things that plenty of other services offer, such as allowing singles to be the same as cover art, and allowing text to reflect something different from the single, just as an example.

I am fairly new to using a music distributor, and Soundrop has been much more efficient than I anticipated. I usually set my release dates 2-3 weeks in the future, but their processing and delivery times are at longest 1 week and usually 5 days. Very happy with the service and these other poor reviews did used to scare me, as I was and still am sort of new to what I do. I think anyone who leaves 1 star are abusers of the system who are trying to spread lies, I do highly recommend!

DO NOT USE. Takes minimum two weeks to hear back from customer support if not over a MONTH. I wish I was exaggerating. Horrendous and simply stressful as even when they do reply finally they do not answer your question. So guess what happens when you respond...takes weeks more to get a reply. It might be a scam? Not sure. All I do know is their customer service is basically nonexistent so if you ever need help with ANYthing you are out of luck. Horrid beyond words.
