Thieves and cheaters! It is time to stop this scam! When you earn just a couple of dollars it's ok, but if you earn big money they close your account and take your money. Scandalous

I am looking for people and individuals to join me in a class action law suit.

We have been using Soundrop since 2006 and they have been fine until just recently. Soundrop support claims get you nowhere because the staff does not care about what you need, they just say things to make you feel better without following through. They have withheld over $1,000 from our group in the past 6 months with no explaination. Sick and tired of having to email back and forth because it gets you nowhere. Will never be using them again and I suggest you use another website to stream your music.

These people are the kind of slimy parasites I wanted to avoid.
Done with it and I'm going to the ombudsman. I'm going to close the accounts, stop dealing with them and PREVENT THEM from keeping my album in the stores. Incompetent client service. Although the Web page looks good at first,
it is very buggy, I had to wait a month till they uploaded my music.
They never paid a dime after 4 months although I made a test purchase,
and my friends also purchased my album. Client service rude and
incompetent.

Do not waste your time. Close my account and keep my money.

These guys are thieves. They will keep any good money that you will make with your marketing efforts. When it is time for payout they will just cancel your account and keep your money. Can someone report them to Spotify?

The banned my account and stole my money. After almost one year I finally eliminated the releases they were holding on stores, stealing the royalties they were accruing

Cheaters

Every song takes about 3-4 days to release. Amazing customer support, whenever somethings wrong they'll fix it that day.

When you first have uploaded your music for streaming services, you can not pull it back again, they do not care about you as a artist. I also found a recording studio called Ali Production, who is warning there artist from using Soundrop.

Top class! Made my music available to deezer within 24 hours. For others 3 days. I had a problem with iTunes upload so I raised a ticket on their support page which took some extra days and I thought their support might not be good but one more day and they replied and solved my problem without any hesitation. Totally recommended!
