The fastest service in booking a hotel I have ever encountered!
I looked on the internet on Google for Sun International as we wanted to book at Sun City. The second site was South African Hotels. I went into Sun International website first and was quoted a figure. I decided to compare to South African Hotels and to my surprise found that they (SA Hotels) was R 3000-00 cheaper!
I contacted them and they were friendly and helpful. I booked on the website and within half an hour I was booked, paid and received an invoice from them.
I have never encountered such fast and effecient service!

Been there quite a few times already and every time is like the first time.... Love it to bits. Me and my husband loves to go there, have a relaxing evening and enjoy the time out that belongs to us. The breakfast is amazing.... no words needs to explain how super delicious the food are.

Quite straightforward and simple..... even when the booking was paid for just a few hours to my arrival.
The website clearly gave me options for Hotels near Oliver Tambo Airport. My chosen Hotel (Airport Grand and Conference Center) even though I had never heard of it was very comfortable and ideally located in the East Rand Mall Area. The only snag was the directions on how to find it. I had to call the Hotel to get directions. If I did not have a car hire, their airport Shuttle would have solved this problem.

The Oyster Box Umhlanga- What a Breathtaking experience!
We recently went on our second honeymoon to celebrate our 25 th anniversary in the very same hotel which since then has been upgraded to 5-star status.
We were spoilt like VIPs : we booked a luxury seafacing room but, as a special treat however, we were welcomed to a seafacing cabana!! Champagne on ice and a beautiful plate with a chocolate written "Happy Anniversary" made it very special !!
During our 3 night stay, the hospitality of the staff was excellent and as a personal touch we were at all times addressed as mr and mrs Heyns!
The cullinary expertise was highly appretiated !! Dear Henry at the Grill Room was the only remaining member of the 1988 staff. We had a memory lane trip along with our album representing a wonderful stay 25 years ago.

The hotel booking went well but the hotel got it wrong!
The hotel got the room type and location incorrect even though specified on the booking page and then gave the impression that it was inconvenient to change.
