EDIT - please STOP asking me to delete my review. If you’re going to reply to other people and say you’re a new company you should be doing that to every negative review instead of outright asking for them to be deleted.
Also a quick google search shows nothing relating to a new company. It all shows results of the SOS addressed as ‘closed permanently’. Interestingly the new website doesn’t show a location at all.
I know someone that used to work here I am shocked to see their ebay page is still active. People are still buying their stock and not receiving it, it's disgusting.
They treated their staff like rubbish and were in a LOT of debt which is one of the main reasons for liquidation, as well the owner passing away and then the director leaving the company.
It was never run properly.
I am getting on to ebay chat now to see what can be done about closing their ebay page but it's ridiculous they did not close that down.
At least they had the decency to close their website right? haha
Absolutely shocking company.

Avoid - wasting everyone's time and stealing their money
Ordered 4 replacement dishwasher wheels from these guys. Got confirmation of order and they took payment. 3 months on I have not received the parts or had an answer to any email (all seem to bounce) or phone calls (calls now seem to be blocked). Bad people wasting everyone's time and money. Now trying to recover money through MasterCard

Sorry but a very poor experience
Sorry but a very poor experience. I ordered some oven screws and the order was automatically acknowledged. After 2 weeks I had no further updates so I sent an email for an update. A week later I received a reply saying the screws were out of stock and what would I like to do. I requested a refund. I waited another week for the refund but still had not received it so sent another email and still nothing. In the end I raised a case via paypal. The company ignored the case and I was refunded by paypal. I would really avoid this company.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. ( NOT RECOMMENDED ) PRODUCTS SUPPLIED WERE OF VERY POOR QUALITY
I purchase two Neff oven elements. Both were specified for the model I needed to repair. The oven had checked out and was perfect other than the old blown element. The service delivery was above what I expected. When the elements arrive they look OK. However when I fit the first one it was quite apparent that all was not correct . Out of shape and slightly splayed protruding electrical ends made it impossible to fit the neff oven. I decided to slightly enlarge the two element connecting holes. Perfect I thought and connected and reassembled it. Well it lasted about one minute after I turned it on and blew the house trip.
So then I replaced this with the second one purchased and this one was no better. Open circuit as soon as I turned the on switch. By this time I thought. You Pay for what you get in this life. (Never again) In all honesty I did not expect a refund I just wanted a hassle free product. I email the company and explained the situation in a polite way.
As I thought judging by previous reviews. No replay. They were very quick to ask for a Trustpilot review recommendation after I thanked them for a quick delivery. All in all this is not a company I will ever use again and I would strongly suggest useing a company that has reputable reputation. Spares4appliances should take note Customer Service and Communication is everything. I have since purchased a superior element from a local distributor and the oven is working fine.

Ordered a fridge gasket. Be awere though, that you need to fill in your phone number when ordering. It should have been set up to not let you complete the purchase without said phone number, which is needed for the delivery company. I had overlooked that bit, wondered why my order hadn't arrived. Turned out I overlooked the email they sent requesting it. After giving it to them I got my package swiftly.

Gave up on a 3-5 day delivery that I ordered after nearly a month. Site said it was in stock when I ordered but apparently was not. I had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on and only had an apology after 3 weeks. Seems this is fairly typical from other sites though. Refund was very prompt to their credit.

Initially the wrong item was supplied but, just a couple of emails later the correct item was dispatched and arrived the next day.
Things go wrong, that's life. It's what a company does to put things right is a measure of how much they value their customers.

After having my washing machine motor break down,
First was check eBay for a replacement,out of curiosity I'd seen a motor that looked just like mine ,so I sent a message before I decided to purchase,
it turned out that the motor was not compatible,and spares4 appliances whom little did I realise I was contacting ,
just so happens to get me the right motor .
