Great service. Great price. Quick delivery
Checked online for a spring for the dishwasher door. It gave options for all models it would fit which was great as we didn't have a clue. The photo of the part was clear and we knew straight away it was the one we needed. We picked a standard delivery. We ordered it on the Saturday and received it on the Friday morning. Really delighted with the service. Will definitely use this company again

Correct items delivered in good time and at a good price.
Hotpoint freezer drawer doors were less expensive at Sparesgroupuk than elsewhere so I ordered five (£85!) to replace those broken by normal usage.
Whirlpool group seem to make these items out of deliberately brittle polystyrene so that people have a choice of paying a lot for replacement doors or (as my wife wanted to do) scrapping the freezer and buying a new one.
Sparesgroupuk did their job with no fuss and no problems.

Poor website
I ordered a part but later received an email stating that the part was no longer available and that it would be removed from their website. I have not checked this because the website is difficult to navigate compared to others. Takes ages!
