I ordered a drum bearing replacement kit for an Indesit tumble dryer. The kit contained bearings, seals front and rear and a new belt. The time from ordering to delivery took just three days. Brilliant. The only problem I encountered was fitting the new belt onto the motor shaft. In all, the service is brilliant, I will purchase from Sparesgroup again!!!

The product arrived slightly late, however was as described and properly packaged.

This company was a godsend as the shop I purchased my fridge freezer from was unable to help and neither was the manufacturer! Spares group had a simple, straightforward website and rapid delivery. My only sticking point was the price, which I thought was high. However, I needed the item and couldn't find it elsewhere

I needed a replacement upper basket for my Hotpoint dishwasher so searched on the sparesgroup website and found the one listed as compatible with my model and ordered it. It arrived in reasonable time, but when I looked to fit it, it had completely different side arrangements to the old basket. As there was no information on the website about extras required, I emailed the support address. A few days later I was informed that I needed two side brackets which were actually called "Grey door brackets" on the website and gave no hint that they were required to fit the basket into my model. These were an extra £35 added to the £55 for the basket, so now it was a total of £90! So I ordered the brackets and after 3 weeks without a dishwasher they finally arrived.

Sparesgroup need to seriously overhaul their website so that it clearly states everything that is needed to be purchased when you need a spare, so you can decide if it makes economic sense to get a new device instead.

Ordered door switch, best deal online at the time and delivered in good order and time. Solved the issue, no more washing dishes by hand!

Their website said next day. Turned out it was 1-5days. When I asked they gave a stock response "We say to give 1-5days".
If I knew I would have got it from a different website.

Ordered mid afternoon asked for next day delivery, received the next morning very lmpressed excellent service.
