Avoid this company at all cost . I ordered a door handle on the 5th April it is now the 25th April and still no part . I have tried ringing the contact number every day for the last two weeks no one answers the phone and I have now sent an email and will see if anyone responds to that .

Ordered part on the internet paid for express delivery. Part for my dishwasher was delivered within 48 hours. Very pleased with the service.

Would have liked a better price but the parts were just what I needed.

Ordered Hotpoint Washer soap draw front which they said was in stock. Told 2 days later it wasn't in stock and still waiting for refund a week later.

Product purchased was fine. Delivery not so, having paid £6.95 for express delivery on a Sunday and the product not appearing till Wednesday was a less than average performance.

ordered a washing mashine part witch they took the money from my bank. No confirmation email. Even payed for expressed delivery witch I've have not received. Have messaged them twice but no reply and can not get through on the phone this site is appalling I would not use this site ever!

Ordered a part exactly 1 week ago today, paid extra for express delivery, still haven't received the item and cant get through to anyone to discuss this with, keeps going to voicemail.

Avoid this company like the plague and spend your money elsewhere, I wish I did.

Absolutely rubish! Ordered a part on Saturday, paid more than the value of the item as postage fee to have it sent via express delivery. No communication, no email received from them other than confirmation of order. It is Wednesday after noon, no item received yet. Wasted half a week when I could have get the item elsewhere. Their phone number is no use, there is no answer. Very disappointing, do not waste your time!

Good service - good price but slightly slow dispatch.

Ordered item online, website stated in stock so paid for next day delivery as can't use washing machine until it arrived.
Received an email shortly after stating item actually wasn't in stock and it would be over a week before they could get it from the supplier. Although no commitment to revised delivery date.
Overall great communication but almost 2 weeks on and I still haven't got my item.

When you need a bit for your washing machine you need it quickly and that is exactly what I got - next day. Excellent!

Always get the parts I need for my appliances, always at a good price.
Delivery service great. Never bothered looking else where, why on earth would i want to. Keep up the good work.
