I ordered two fridge shelves on a Saturday but received no email confirmation of my purchase. They took the money from my account on the Monday and I was expecting the delivery by Wednesday. Come Thursday I still had no form of any communication from them about my order so I checked my bank account again and they had put my money back into my account!!! Not once did I get one piece of communication from them during the transaction! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Small, friendly, family run business. Part arrived swiftly with no problems. Would order from them again.

Also Still waiting, This title seems to be a common review title for this company, they have taken our money but still no sign of the item ordered< I am beginning to think I have been ripped off along with many others it seems.

Useless. No communication, repeated failure to honour delivery dates, dreadful customer service. Go direct to the manufacturer, who seem to be marginally better.

Web site claims to have stock. they don't. They simply contact the manufacturer. As the part I need has been discontinued this resulted in a waste of my time and significant inconvenience (this wasn't a simple situation ).

In this day and age this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. If they are prepared to lie to you when you order what hope is there?

Do your self a favour and go elsewhere .. plenty of decent honest spares parts out there.

I ordered a part several days ago and have not had any notice of dispatch ot tracking number. No way to trace invoice numbers on the site.

Ordering was easy, the part was perfect and delivered in about 5 days. The part was also considerably cheaper than other sites. One suggestion would be to have an answering machine/service as phoning to check on an expected delivery date can be frustrating. That said, my email was answered quickly. No complaints and would use again.

wouldnt order anything with this so called company ever again TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a main oven thermostat (which was supposed to be in stock). It didnt arrive so tried about a dozen times to call but not one of my calls were answered. My only saving grace was that I paid through PAYPAL and managed to get a refund through the complaint procedure.

I ordered a black hotpoint door handle and havnt received it yet? Was ordered 2weeks ago and when the order was confirmed it said it would b here 3-4working days. Have tried phoning but constantly keeps ringing..

I wish that I had researched this company before i used them as in my view they are just cowboys. First they send a part which did not fit my appliance (their website sais that it would fit but what they sent looked nothing like the part being replaced), I then returned the item to them and now they refuse me a refund as they say that the package was damaged and the item was missing from the package that they received! I'm now £20 down and no replacement part!!!

Ordered a washer door from youmon the 25/05/17.The website stated it was in stock . You replied the following day to say it was out of stock I requested a refund on the 26/05/17 which you said you have passed it to your refunds department .I still haven't had my refund after a number of calls to you of which i have left messages plus emails I still have had no contact from you .I feel like you have stole my money I shouldn't be waiting this long for my refund I paid you straight away for the goods you should refund me back straight away .

Sparesgroup had a problem with their supplier which meant my order had been lost. However, the customer service I received over the phone has recovered my opinion because the lady carefully arranged a new delivery date. Thank you.

Part exactly same as old one in dishwasher. Although only selected standard delivery, received within a couple of days and were continuously updated. Very pleased.

Absolutely rubbish customer care phoned them 12 times over 4 hours with no reply, I thought I had been scammed I contacted PayPal in the end, they need to get more phone lines

Easy to use, fast delivery, the spares were perfect. I've only given four stars though as it wasn't clear exactly what else came with what, so I ended up with extras of a couple of things, and not enough of others. I'd defintely recommend though, and perhaps my issue could be avoided if orfering on the phone instead of the internet.
