This was my first order of any photographic equipment from Speed Graphic Mail Order and was made on behalf of my son who lives overseas. My enquiries prior to ordering were dealt with by a most courteous lady to whom I say Thank You.. The process of ordering online was painless, apart from having to pay for it, the process being very straight forward. The good were ordered on a Friday evening and I was notified on the following Monday that the goods had been despatched and sure enough on Tuesday morning they were delivered. This is a first class service from a company who appear to put the customer first, the goods are now with my son who is delighted with the quality of them and they more than meet his requirements.. So thank you Speed Graphic.

I recently had to buy 2 items of specialist photographic equipment, one of which I ordered from SpeedGraphic and the other from another supplier. The difference in service was like night and day. Speedgraphic had the item in stock, offered a choice of delivery options, confirmed my order by e-mail as soon as I had placed it, confirmed dispactch with a 2nd e-mail the same day and delivered it the next day. They used a courier with a one hour delivery window and full online tracking which meant I could be in to receive the goods when they arrived. The other company did none of those things and I'm still waiting for my order. I would thorougly recommend SpeedGraphic as a well infomed, efficient and reliable company to deal with.

Have bought lots of products from Speed Graphic and their service is second to none. I had a problem with one order, completely my fault, and it was sorted quickly without any fuss. I had never used Speed Graphic before so this was my first order with them.The lowpro tactic 450 camera bag was out of stock at all the main sites I use to buy on line an speed graphic were showing one in stock.I purchased the bag an hoped it would arrive in time for a trip I was going on.The bag arrived a day quicker than expected and was well packaged.prompt delivery is all ways very important to me an I could not ask for more.I would purchase from then again

Speed Graphic is good for all those bit and pieces like flash cards, plates for tripod heads etc, very good service and for what ever reason you have to return an item, no problem, money refunded.
