I ordered a Novoflex Neiger 19P Ball and Socket Head with flash socket and it arrived promptly, well packed and exactly as required and at a competitive price. All right - first time!
I ordered some "extra bits" for my GoPro Hero3 plus Silver (what a complex naming structure!) on-line from Speed Graphic.
Everything arrived exactly as requested, exactly on the day stated (which was good enough for me: no express service needed this time). Everything was well packed and secure.
Just about everything has now been used in action (I don't do 'in anger') and it's all worked perfectly.
