Like many others my credit cards used to refill my plan on speed talk were hacked. Yes plural! Contacted them and they insist the platform is secure. File formal complaints because they don't have any intention to secure their system.

It was great experience, there were clear self setup instructions. I followed these instructions step by step and then was able to setup kids smart watch in few mins, i am very happy with this product and service. The sim card activated right away too.

Speedtalk mobile using people credit and debit card making fraudulent charges I had my bank switch my card numbers just to see on three different card's mind u this was a test and I notified my bank what I was doing. OK loaded my Sim card's for my alarm system and just like I thought charges from airline charges for credit card to be open wow.call my bank back and they couldn't believe it they refunded my money so I called speedtalk to talk to a supervisor and explain what I just experience they jump on defensive quickly so I ask for his name immediately hung up so now I need to reach out to Mr micheal stern to enlightening him on his speedtalk reps so to all try to stay away from them I don't even want no money it's the principle about it those foreigner in Los Angeles are very slick and savvy and if u do use them u better refill online.

Activation was easy and fast. I got the service for my daughters smart watch. The Prices for their plans are very good and affordable.

A SpeedTalk.com SIM came with the GPS dog tracker I purchased. By following the instructions that were provided, it was very easy to purchase a GPS plan and activate the SIM card. I also contacted them by phone and recieved excellent service. I recommend SpeedTalk.com GPS SIM card monthly plan.

HORRIBLE customer services and thieves. Continuing to charge even after your account is closed. Managers and customer service representatives are useless and arrogant.

Also noticed fraud issues since setting up a payment with them. Almost $500 plus a couple more attempts that got caught. This company needs to do some background checking on their employees.

The sim card worked and the instructions were simple. I tried 4 different sim card brands and Speedtalk Mobile was the first one to actually work. When I called Speedtalk prior to buying the sim card, the customer service was terrific.

I had Speedtalk since October of 2018. It was fantastic, easy to set up, and very affordable. Recently I've had info from two credit cards used online for fraudulent purchases of gift cards and fantasy sports betting. I guess I'm lucky because this only happened to me this year but I've found multiple reddit threads and Amazon reviews going back a whole year that indicate this has been going on. After the first incident I wasn't sure it was them but I called and got my payment info off my account. I was willing to manually pay each month. Well the next month I used a different card and within a week I woke up one morning to 5 charge attempts with my bank blocking the last 2 as suspicious. Had to file a dispute with my bank for almost $200. Whoever is doing it is brazen. I was right in front of my phone with the first incident. I locked it after the initial $100 charge and they tried 3 more times in a row because I got the notifications on my phone. The company does nothing to address the problem. And honestly the fact that they haven't updated anything about their website/app since I've started using their service is a red flag. Who exactly in the company is committing all this fraud? Needless to say jump ship if you haven't already. Don't bother with them if you are thinking about it. In the past few years there are many more MVNO options that are an even better value and service.

Back in March 2023 I set up my debit card for my daughter's smartwatch over the phone. The first month was fine. The April billing occurred and early May my card was compromised. This is the only company I recently gave my card to. In May billing occurred and they emailed me to state they couldn't take the re-occuring payment as my old card had rejected payment. I called again and provided my new card yesterday my card was compromised with almost $400 in charges. After concern I realized again this was the only company I had provided my new debit card information. Mainly due to these incidents. Late last night I cancelled the SIM Card and also my daughter is hardly using the watch as the charger has not worked for a few weeks but this is not their issue. I Will never provide any information or use this company in the future.

Bought the IoT SIM for Hotspot internet at home from Amazon. It came quickly. I installed it into my Cudy N300 4G router. It was easy to activate and is working flawlessly for high speed internet wifi here at home. I selected the 3G/month plan for a year. I'm extremely happy!

Second credit card leaked through Speedtalk. Now I know it's them, because my second credit card was used only with Speedtalk

They stole my credit card info made a $4000.00 purchase, then tried it again for $3000.00. Thankfully my credit card declined that one.

I purchased my SIM card on the SpeedTalk website. The sim never worked in my device, and support is basically nonexistent. When trying to get a refund, they constantly respond by asking if you agree to disconnect. I will update this if I receive a refund. Also note that to activate a sim you must provide a credit card number, and even though the site indicates you are able to shut off auto renewal of your plan, you may only do so by contacting customer service and having them make the switch. The support is very slow and appears that English is not first language…my guess is it’s going through interpreter software as it’s odd English.

Love this and it makes me feel more safe knowing my daughter can call me at any time

We set up our account online and it was supposed to be for auto renew but after a month it said we would need to pay again or it would end. I tried everything to make their online stuff work to set up auto renew but it kept asking for an authorization form. I didn't feel comfortable with this so I called in. The women on the other end of the line repeated my card number (despite being asked not to as this is a typical tactic for stealing credit cards). I made sure to use a card that we have that never leaves the house and hadn't been used for anything other then this. About two weeks after set up we had $150 in steam charges, a $1 fishing attempt from Blizzard and $75 from Amazon come through within 24 hours of each other. We froze the card and are still fighting with Truist (the worst bank merger EVER) to get this resolved.

They stole my credit card and bought $300 worth of instacart and 4 American Airline plane tickets. This was the day following when I gave them the "credit card authorization form," which is very shady anyway. The card I used stays in my nightstand and doesn't ever get brought out anywhere and is only used for recurring bills like electric and gas. Electric and gas has been paying just fine for 15 years, but the day after I gave SpeedTalk Mobile my credit card authorization form my money gets stolen.

DISGRACEFUL they would take money from us. We don't even have much, why do you think I'm paying $5/mo for a phone plan? Taking food from my kids' mouths. I was unable to pay our rent and I had to go to a food pantry because of how much money they stole from my account.
