Brilliant service throughout.

They clearly know the market and it sold on the first day of viewings.

Apart from getting us a very good price, they we’re very helpful when there were a few bumps in the road.

Our estate agent Jane Hadlow was great. She gave us two very informative showings, helped me with questions I had about the development, my house insurance and the construction of interior walls. Unfortunately, she left Spence Willard right before I got my keys, and everything fell apart after her departure. I moved into an unfinished home that had paint all over the floor, and numerous snagging issues. I feel like things would have gone much more smoothly had Jane still been my point of contact. Very disappointing experience for a new build property.

A big thank you to Sam and Natalie for all their hard work over the past 10 months in finding us the perfect home. Natalie was very supportive and was constantly in contact with updates. We would definitely use Spence Willard again in the future!
