Jude out standing service perfectionist, highly recommend him

Had my treadmill repaired under warranty today and the engineer, Roshan, was incredibly friendly, polite and efficient.

He didn’t just do the job, he also gave some great tips on using it well and how to make small minor adjustments as needed.

I’ll definitely be using Sports Equipment Engineering when my treadmill next requires routine maintenance.

Treadmill went wrong again and Roshan once again fixed and replaced parts in super quick time. Roshan is the best technician I have ever used for any equipment. Highly recommended.

The service provided by the company and Roshan was excellent. I received a text notification the day prior to the repair, including a scheduled arrival window. Roshan arrived promptly, was courteous, and showed extensive expertise. The treadmill was repaired efficiently and faster than expected. Roshan also offered valuable advice to help maintain the machine’s longevity. His professionalism and friendly demeaner made him an outstanding representative of the company.

Roshan was very helpful, competent and courteous. He came with the knowledge of the problem we had reported, and was able to explain the options available to solve it. I was experiencing multiple problems with my NordicTrack 2450 treadmill. Roshan attended and was exclusively polite from get-go, removing his shoes before he came into the house. He diligently listened to all my problems with the machine and systematically addressed them while giving advice as he went. A great experience and a great guy.

Excellent service on my malfunctioning treadmill - tightened the belt to correct tension rather than replace the motor as originally feared. Also talked me through maintenance tips to prevent recurrence - despite the various videos on YouTube it's much better having an expert in person showing you what's happening.

Roshan the engineer was always on time , polite and friendly and explained the process . The company kept me up to date with delivery time on parts etc
