Good performance and communication throughout:
1. video call to discuss the project and the measurments required and clarify any pre order questions
2. Quotation contained full details and this was reviewed before the order confirmed.
3. Well within expected timeframe the order was ready for delivery - the date was inconvenient. within a few day a new date was offered with a time window.
4. delivery driver too particular care particualrly with the glass and gave time for everything to be inspected before being signed for.
5. On line videos gave clear details of the installation process using kit which gave screws dowel and space pieces and some touch up paint.
6. Follow up emails to check no problems.
7. All the parts were the correct size and fitted precisely.
8. The installation provided no challenges for a competent DIYer.
Final result looked good.

Could not have been more pleased. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Stairfurb were very helpful and professional with talking us through what we needed and gave us good ideas on final choice. The quality of their materials is superb and we now have a hall, landing and stairs that looks absolutely fantastic. It has completely transformed the look of the house when you walk through the front door. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Everything was going well as first impression till this morning I had a 20 min video call booked and I was punctual, on time at 8:25am. I waited and waited, ended the call twice and contacted again. I was waiting til 8:37am and contacted again then rescheduled , at that point first impression to me is very important and I was not only forgotten, I was ignored. No call back ,messages or email stating an apology or there may be a fault etc. Thus is very unfair and unprofessional.

Contacted them 10 days ago. Received a message to say they’d been in touch. Nothing else happened. Have emailed them twice. No response. No point spending loads of money on marketing and then not followed up. Waste of marketing spend!!!

Second time I’ve used Stairfurb I know I can rely on the product and help is always available if needed.

Not quite sure how to report on my experience. They claim to be low priced but £1600 for 6 pieces of glass, 2 newel posts that I didn't need and the baserails and bannisters still seems a lot of money. Despite taking measurements under instruction from the Stairfurb rep, the long base rail was perfect but the handrail was 5mm short. As I only found this when building them up, I filled the resulting gap with glue and sealant so it looks fine. Don't underestimate the weight and difficulty of controlling the 3 heavy pieces of glass while fitting the long handrail. A job ideally for 4 persons and not for the faint hearted! Everything else went well but I'm still steeling myself to fit the dowel rods and trying to trim them to disguise the screw holes without marking the handrails. The job does look really good so I can't say I'm not pleased, but as I say, its a mixed bag!

Very happy with balustrade fitted 4yrs ago. Recently needed banister rail. Company took trouble to research stock still the same, in view of previous order being a while ago, and advise on what I needed. I asked for order to come through as quickly as possible. This was done with much less than stated waiting time.

Did everything they said they would, when they said they'd do it.. slight mistake on one order, which they rectified asap.. great looking bannisters also

Ordering buying and installing has been very straightforward and when we needed advice stairfurb were very helpful and responsive. Communication and customer service was excellent. Delivery was on time with the parts well packed and protected. The staircase was straight forward to install and looks great.

We have just finished the installation of our new glass balustrade from stairfurb. The whole process has been so easy, from start to finish. The customer service team helped with making sure we had the correct measurements by a video call just to make sure that they were perfect. The installation was super easy and we couldn’t recommend stairfub more.

Product is great quality, fantastic customer service, quick and helpful delivery, installation straight forward, issues along the way reslolved quickly and effectively. Completely transformed my hall stairs and landing!

I had replacement newell posts and caps, hand rails, base rails and embedded glass. Ordering process was simple and well explained. Dealt with James a couple of times throughout the process. He was great at explaining the tolerances which I had questions about.

Delivery was quick and the delivery company were very helpful in getting it all in the the house. Be aware the glass does come unpackaged which is great for checking the condition. But do have a plan for how and where to store it prior to fitting.

I did have a minor hiccup in that one item had been missed off the delivery, but this was dealt with immediately by James and I had the part within 48 hours of spotting it wasnt there.

Fitting was straightforward. The newel posts were fairly easy to do, just requiring time to ensure the cutting was accurate and holes drilled staight. I found there was enough room to manoeuvre to offset any slight errors in not getting the cuts perfectly level too, which helped.

Installing the rails and glass was a non event everything fitted perfectly. Had loads of spare screws and glass spacers included in case of any modifications being required.

One thing I did have to alter after fitting it all was the height of the newel posts. I left the length of these to stairfurb when ordering as I opted for spigotted posts and would install in accordance with their guidelines, I found them sitting a bit too high above the hand rails when the caps were fitted for my taste, not a complaint, just a matter of preference and maybe something someone else doing this may have to consider, that they may not have been expecting to have to do.

All in all I'm very happy with the end result its completely transformed the original 1950s staircase thats in the house and given the place the wow factor.

I'd highly recommend Stairfurb if you're in the market for a DIY upgrade to your setup!

I wanted to make a change to the stair railing, and I decided to contact Stairfurb, I had two video calls with them, where they helped me take measurements and find out the cutting angle. I received all the materials well packaged and with the exact dimensions. I followed the advice in the app to install the railing. The process was easy to follow and execute. I highly recommend it.
