customer service really nice but unfortunately a really bad experience...First of all the measurements are made during a video call which at the end made me feel not confident enough about how correct the measurements were..were not professionals...for the priceit was should somebody come out at least for the measurements. But it's part of the deal and I accepted...when the handrail arrived not enough instructions...really poor information...only videos on YouTube and obviously not all is about your type of stairs... really hard to fit...really hard...you need at least 4 people...3 to hold the glass panels and one to do the handrail..Well...the handrail also came damaged...custmer service really nice Immediatly told me that I would get another one.. loads of time waiting for the new one...glass panels on the floor,stairs without handrail and a house with children...which I explained to the costumer service...one more day off work for the delivery...they were really nice but nothing that they could do...so I was paying something that I didn't had yet in my house...when the new handrail arrived it was too short...was perfect without the glass panels but with the panels gets too short .i presume the panel of glass makes the handrail go higher then the original handrail was..we had to use wood filler ... not perfect at all but it was the best that we could do and not happy at all about how it looks with wood filler..but honestly I couldn't deal with other complain..actually we were told at the beginning that the measurements are completely our responsibility...so I just had to accept that was a bad choice...

Great help with video measurement help, well produced material; speedy technical help when minor issues arose. Excellent overall and very pleased with final outcome. Self fitted but need extra hands!! Glass heavy!!

I shopped around for weeks before deciding to settle with Stairfurb. Although I’m an ok DIY’er I wanted something that was easy to install with minimal effort, the videos and reviews seemed to fit the bill, the price was competitive and the support was excellent from the team. The order process was simple, I had a video call to doublecheck my measurements and I placed the order. The order took around 3 weeks from placing to delivery. I was kept well informed during the process and I received a call on the morning of delivery with a time window. The delivery was without issue and driver was friendly. Removing the old staircase took about 30 minutes and installing the new glass balustrade took about the same, I watched the videos online but was still very surprised at how easy it was, the whole job was done in about 90 minutes. The glass and woodwork is of high quality. Overall a very happy customer, I’d definitely recommend.

Not happy at all, measuring was a nightmare, didn’t realise I would have to buy power drill, saw etc, way more complicated than expected and have had to pay £850 for a carpenter to fit it for me, wish I had gone to a company who measures, made and fitted it for me

Transacting with the company has been very easy; all the way from sales and ordering to delivery. I have yet to see post sales support in practice but will update my review if I experience any issues.
But so far, very happy. The sales process was easy; the video consultation gave me huge reassurance that I could do this myself. Delivery driver was excellent and was very respectful of my home.
Upon installation, all parts accounted for and instructions were easy to follow. The whole process from dismantling of old staircase to installation of new was around 4 hours and we probably spent an hour repositioning the glass as the spacer I think we had used the wrong way 😊
I took regular pictures throughout the process as I hope to qualify for the money off offer currently advertised so I will see if this is fulfilled but ignoring that I have found this experience to be very positive which is not something I thought I would say about any DIY project!

Stairs look great and the measurements spot on.
No issues & easy to install.

They should send their person to measure properly while taking order . The material wasn’t enough. And their labour to install the stair it’s too expensive . They are charging more than the price of the stairs.

The videos on the Stairfurb website gave me the confidence that refurbishing my 40-year-old staircase would be within my DIY skills and really helped get my head around both the removal of the old bannister and installation.

We ordered, and the stair parts arrived quickly and carefully packaged.

We went for the glass panels and oak hand / base rails, and I would recommend family / friends help hold the glass panels in place as you lower the handrails on, just to make everything easier still.

I had a couple of queries along the way which were handled well by their office staff.

Overall I am incredibly happy with how Starifurb has helped me transform an old, tired-looking staircase into a thing of elegant beauty, and one which friends and family have all commented on how good it looks.

From the start to finish it’s been very easy.

Very helpful with getting accurate measurements prior to order. Delivery was great and quality of Oak was superb. I didn't have the confidence to cut the 2 newel posts myself so employed a joiner to fit it for me. Very pleased.

So far so good. I saw lots of excellent reviews for Stairfurb and I must say the journey so far has been very good .
We have not put the glass balustrade up yet, but from checking everything through it looks fairly straightforward.

From start to finished they helped with everything and were swift in correcting anything that was wrong

A great company to get your stairs from.
On hand to assist and help where you need them.

Simple straight forward to fit and the effect is better than I could have expected.

Would recommend.
