Garry has been doing my boiler services for a few years now and i can't rate Stark Heating & Gas highly enough. He is reliable, professional, friendly and takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Excellent service. We have used Stark Heating & Gas for many years. Their communication is excellent before and during the visit. They explain what they will do, their findings and if any work needs done. They communicate well about arrival times. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy.

We had a new boiler installed by Stark Heating & Gas Ltd back in January, and the whole installation process was smooth and stress-free.

On the day we were moving out after selling our house, I noticed what appeared to be an issue with the relay. Despite the timing, the team fitted us in for the next business day, worked around the fact that we were no longer living at the property, and resolved the issue quickly. It was covered under warranty, so there was no charge.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. It's reassuring to know they stand behind their work, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Garry, as always, was brilliant on his visit to repair my boiler. He turned up on time, was prepared for the job and got to work straight away. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the issue within 1 hour at an excellent price and has followed up days after to ensure everything is still good.

Gary is so friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable, takes great care in explaining everything and providing ample opportunity for questions. Garry was very punctual and very clean while working. He took the time to explain in depth what the issue was, most likely cause and how likely the issue is to re-occur. He also suggested several options to stop the problem happening again with cost breakdowns.

The service delivered by Stark Heating was phenomenal. They arrived when they said they would arrive, kept me fully up to date during there visit. No mess, great job completed in the timescale. Courteous and would most certainly recommend them. I left Scottish Gas and moved over to Stark Heating - they truly care about delivery and customer satisfaction
