Tom and Tom couldn’t have done enough for me in order to support me getting my car - they’re reliable and every car I’ve bought from them have been brilliant and no problems. They made everything so easy and for someone with ADHD that is so refreshing to feel genuinely looked after and always feel at ease when I shop at stebbings. Such good staff and friendly team. Fantastic service at Stebbings over the last few days. Found my new car with the help of Tom Boyns. The Audi Q3 drives like a dream! Everything that I needed to know was explained and all went smoothly from leaving my car to collecting my new one. Super service. We have purchased vehicles from Stebbings on several occasions previously. The expected very high level of service received was more than delivered by Chris Martyn. From the moment we met him, he was courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and the products on offer to support our purchase. Chris was at pains to answer any questions that we had and took time to ensure that we understood all the instruments and controls on the car, he even replied to questions via email on his day off!
We will continue to make Stebbings our first option when we are looking for future vehicle purchases.
It is worth noting that Chris also makes a cracking cup of tea!

From first contact (via Autotrader advert) to driving our car home, Stebbings and Chris who we dealt with, were fantastic. We felt very safe in their hands. Chris ensured the car was thoroughly cleaned, valeted and had a successful service and MOT carried out before collection. Upon collection there was a strange noise when shutting passenger door, they couldn't have been more helpful and had it fixed in the workshop within 20minutes. I would thoroughly recommend them and we'd not hesitate to go back to them when we next are looking to buy a car. Thank you Chris!

We recently bought a Corsa Electric from Stebbings after our beloved old Fiesta got written off by a Land Rover. The 120 mile round trip from Suffolk was well worth it. The car was in excellent condition and very competitively priced. The facilities and service from Stebbings were superb. We never felt under any pressure, and our sales advisor Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient. He went out of his way to ensure that we were totally happy with the car and made the whole process as stress-free as possible.
