From the moment I walked in the lady named KASIA looked after me so well. She offered a great deal and made she all my requests was dealt with perfectly.

I strongly advise against purchasing parts from Stellantis &You UK [Hays]. Over two weeks ago (14 days to be exact), I returned the parts I bought and was assured a prompt refund. However, as of today, I am still waiting for my money.
The lack of follow-through is deeply frustrating. Every time I called, I was directed to their parts department in Hays, where representatives repeatedly promised to resolve the issue but failed to take action. Their communication is inconsistent, and the process feels disorganized and unprofessional.
Save yourself the hassle—choose a more reputable dealer that honors its commitments.
