Better than Luxury Brand Service Experience
On arrival, I found that the booking centre had booked me into an incorrect branch (edgeware rd instead of Brentford) Kasia, immediately stepped in and arranged change to correct branch with her very professional and friendly demeanor.
She didn’t make it feel as if I was wrong.
She kept me up to date with service progress, and the MOT status.
It was a tremendous pleasure, being looked after her and the team.
FYI- I have a 2nd car at a luxury brand, and the dealership their could learnt a lot from Brentford and Kasia’s exceptional customer service!
