Zero service, zero welcoming, zero apologies.
No welcoming when walking in, twice. Chaotic and very untidy reception desks. Eating and drinking at reception desks.
Spending £1250 on my Abarth to find out they don’t even have the part that’s needed for the service. The entire service went from one day, to getting my car back on day 4. When the car was finished I did not even receive a phone call that I can come and collect it. No apologies. Just payment.

Great service
upon arrival at the branch was greeted by the service team. Who was very helpful.
Once I have arrived the vehicle did not have a booking for some reason and the manager of the branch and Lafira Fernandes( customer adviser) went above and beyond to make a booking for the vehicle and accept vehicle even when they are fully booked.
Would highly recommend. Will always find ways to help you

Kasia was so helpful on the phone before I arrived; when I arrived 3 days early (by accident) for my booking she rescheduled my car in on the day. The service by the technician was excellent and they kept me updated by video and message. Great service all round! Highly recommend.
