I came in today and saw a gentleman who wasn’t especially helpful even after I told him my situation. At the moment I’m caring for my mum who fell a few days ago, she has several broken bones and so is unable to walk. I can’t leave her for too long, as you can imagine.
I decided to chat to Kata who after telling her my situation, fast tracked everything for me and even contacted Arval to see if I could get a courtesy car. She has been absolutely fantastic- kind, caring, understanding and has done above and beyond for me today! Thank you SO much. I came in quite anxious and left feeling very happy and looked after!
