Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely waiting area with free coffee?! Wow extra points for that 😃 Had my car back from MOT & SERVICE much quicker than expected, so thanks for that guys!! Will definitely be back for next maintenance.

AVOID!!
AVOID!!! ZERO STARS! Disgusting service, I received my Ds4 September 2022 the interior started to fall apart, also the in car charger stopped working. In May we Booked the car in for repairs. Stellantis & Citroen Chingford have had my Car for over 4months. During this time we haven't had no updates/ correspondence from this company. Awful experience. If or when I receive my car I will never return to this garage angin.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Went to the Chingford dealership got the exact car I wanted but would I recommend going there to anyone? Absolutely no chance. They sold me a car with the service due in two weeks and never serviced it before i bought it and didnt even mention the service was due. The car came with scratches, scuffed alloys and a cracked armrest and the used car manager (Elton) told me to come back the following week to get a curtesy car so everything can be rectified as the trade in I gave was in immaculate condition and they want to give me a car to the same standard. I've called multiple times to speak to the managers about these issues it's almost a month later and nothing has been done. If I could give -5 star I would. I normally buy from the Edgware dealership and never ever had any issue but soon as I go to Chingford it is absolute chaos. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE CHINGFORD DEALERSHIP YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

I got my new car..from .Mobility it…
I got my new car..from .Mobility it came in 2 months early..Mobility did not want to give it to me because it came in so early...but Michael spoken to them explained the shortage of cars and could take 8 or 9 months for next car if I don't get this one..
So I got my car all thanks to Michael.
Keeper me updated on every phone call..was very polite and helpful every time I'd go to Chingford car office..
Want to say big thank you to Michael for all his help...would not have my car with out his help for other 7 or 8 months..Great guy....

Great customer service
The customer service in the used car section was absolutely great. Ervis really went the extra mile to get me the exact car I was looking for. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me the information and the time I needed to think things through and make a decision. The paperwork was carried out very efficiently and it all went through quickly and smoothly. I have now had my Citroen C3 for a fortnight and I'm really pleased with it. 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Stellantis, Chingford, to my friends and family.
